“You didn’t die,” Chanyeol said simply.

He laughed harshly. “I didn’t.”

Chanyeol looked at him, his face and eyes void of emotion. Baekhyun stared back, not flinching from the constant bouts of pain in his arm.

“Treat him and then take him to my chamber,” Chanyeol said finally, turning away and not sparing him a second glance. “I want to talk to him.”

A/N: Hello, I am back with a chaptered fic this time :) "Best friends with Royalty" was actually inspired by... Peter the Great. LOL. I watched a documentary on him, and whilst I was watching, this plot popped into mind @___@ Baekyeol is one of my favorite pairings from Exo so I'm really really really excited to write a story on them :D Um... obviously, the plot itself will not be like the life of Peter. However, events from his life will be incorporated into this story, but I promise you, it will not be a boring documentary lol. The ending of this story hasn't been decided yet, so feel free to comment below your suggestions, and maybe I'll just use your idea.
