When Alice died, Kevin fell apart. He loved his girlfriend very much, and his life felt empty now that she was gone. It took him 3 months before he was able to drag himself back to his school; an arts college in Seoul. As he was walking through the halls, he heard a choir practicing a song. "I love my love and love is no more."

Foreword

Yes, this is a real song. I sang it in my vocals class a few years ago. Lately I've been singing the song to myself and it inspired my to write this. It's called "She's Like the Swallow" and it's a Newfoundland folk song, meaning it's Canadian (in case you didn't know where Newfoundland is (Newfies are awesome! XD )). Anyway, it's a sad sounding song, but it also sounds very beautiful. I'll post a link to it at the beginning of the story. I hope you enjoy my fic, even though it may or may not be a little depressing. I just want to try my hand at different styles of writing. I hope it comes out alright! >_<
