Hyerin's POV

"Hello?" I said on the phone.

"Saengie! What are your plans this weekend?" Jongin asked.

"I dunno oppa, stay home? Sleep, eat, study" I said. "You?" I asked.

"I have no plans as well" He giggled and dropped the call.

A knock on the window.

I pulled up the window to see Jongin beaming a wide smile at me.

"Oppa, wae?" I asked and hid the smile on my face.

"I just want to spend quality time with my little sister! What else?" He smiled and went up the window.

"Where do you plan to take me oppa?" I asked.

"Oh, so you wanna go with me?" He said as he poked my side.

I nodded.

"Where?" I asked.

"Let's go to Jeju" He grabbed my hand.

"That's far from here, oppa" I said.

"I promise I'll get you back to your boyfriend before dark" He said sarcastically.

"Is that so? Fine, kaja" I nudged his shoulder and left with him.

We went by plane which was the easiest.

"You're excited?" He asked.

"Very" I said.

After arriving at Jeju airport, we went straight to the bus going to Jeju-do. Thjs side of Jeju is so much different from the city. The city features buildings and bright lights while this one was surrounded by vegetation and mountain ranges. The view was truly stunning. If I was here every day, it would've been a dream come true. Quiet with Jongin.

"Wanna go hiking?" He asked.

I shook my head. "Too tiring"

"How bout sight seeing?" He asked.

"Isn't this a site already?" I said.

"Hyerin-ah?" He caught my attention.

"What?" I asked.

He quickly grab hold unto me and kissed me. The mountains felt like they were moving. The greenery was turning vibrant. It was just great. Everything felt so light. One magic kiss changes the whole world in my point of view.

I quickly pulled him away. I had guilt in me.

"I'll be going first oppa" I said as I turned my back at him.

He quickly took my hand and faced me. "Hyerin-ah, stay here with me"

I shook my head. "It can't be us. I made that clear for you"

"Until when are you going to endure it?" He asked.

"Till I die" I said coldly and pulled my hand away.

He kept screaming afterwards. He kept screaming "Don't go". We can't be siblings after all... Should I consider him as a stranger instead? It hurts. Deep inside it hurts. One has to let go. And I think it's me.

Luhan's POV

Where are you Hyerin? Why'd you turn your phone off? I'm getting worried. I came by to their old home to visit her mum. It's been so long since we've seen each other, might as well ask where Hyerin is while I'm at it. I was going to knock but I heard her talking to Hyesun. I can tell it's private. I didn't mean to eavesdrop but I will.

"You have to know the truth Hyesun-ie" She held both of her daughter's hands.

"What about the truth, mum?" She asked, clueless.

"I was going to tell Hyesun but she seems to avoid me. Maybe because I lied" She sighed

"Lied about what?" Hyesun asked.

"Hyerin and you, your father is not Geunsook" She said. I was shocked by hearing the news. Hyerin and Jongin aren't siblings!

"Mwo? Then who is our father?" Hyesun asked.

"Your father is Yoojin, he died after you were born. I didn't want you two to have a dead father. To make your life more easier, I made you believe that your father is Geunsook" She said as she looked away.

"How can you lie to us?" She said in a shivering voice.

"Mianheyo, jeongmal mianheyo" Her mother said in a sincere tone.

"You're unbelievable!" Hyesun shouted and ran for the door. She had a shocked expression as she saw me. "She's not here" She said as she wiped the tears and ran for the gate.

I can't believe it. They were only hurting themselves. But what about me? I love her too. It's unfair. Should I tell the truth? No, I'm human too. It'll just be a little white lie right?

Hyerin's POV

"Luhan..." I called.

"What is it? Where are you? I'm worried" He said.

"I'm at the airport" I said.

"Why are you there? I'll be there ASAP!" He said and dropped the call.

I just needed someone to hold unto. I can't take everything anymore. It's all complicated! We love each other but we're siblings. We can't, we just can't. I lept crying. Why did I have to be 'that' person? There's billions of people! Why me? It's unfair!

After a few minutes of waiting, he finally arrived.

"Luhan" I hugged him and cried.

"What happened?" He asked.

"Take me away, away from here, away from Jongin" I kept crying.

"What do you say we go to China together?" He said in a cheerful tone.

"China?" I said bluntly.

"Yeah, just the two of us. For a while. Just till your feelings go away" He said.

"That'll take time" I said.

"It wouldn't hurt to try" He said.

"Alright, we'll go to China" I said.
