Chanyeol's tears were tumbling out like an open faucet and he threw his freshly bandaged arms around Kris' neck, hardly caring that it was stinging his injuries.

"Hyung…" Chanyeol whined with sobbing eyes. Kris' voice, his damned mellow voice, was his tender one, the one that Chanyeol had longed for, and which he finally used it for him. He placed his nose on the crook of the blond's neck and sobbed but he froze when his eyes met the necklace around his neck.

"Take it off," Chanyeol blinked and hesitated, but obeyed nonetheless. He unhook the necklace carefully, remembering that it was Kris' dead mother's gift, the lock which represented his heart.

"It's yours now," Chanyeol looked up with his tear stained face and saw that Kris' face held no sign of insincerity. He wasn't joking. Kris kissed those pink lips that he longed for and hummed in his tender voice once more.

"My heart is yours now."
