Description

Key has lived his whole life stuttering uncontrollably. His father was a crack addict and his mother has tried to save this broken family but gave up once Key was old enough to get a job. He remembers a story that his grandmother had told him when he was younger, about writing wishes on a paper lanterns and letting them fly away so that your wishes come true. He decides to test this theory by walking to the city to purchase a lantern.

Jonghyun has had everything from when he was just a baby in his mother's womb. When he accidentally stumbles across Key's lantern, he decides to make all of the wishes on the lantern come true for the person who wrote it. The only trouble is finding the right person out of the millions who live in South Korea.

Foreword

"I-I Kim K-Kibum wish t-to stop st-stuttering. I w-wish to f-find someone who will l-love me f-forever. I w-wish to m-make enough m-money to h-help my f-family. And I-I wish to be h-happy again." He spoke out loud as his slender fingers wrote his wishes down on the red lantern. His hands trembled as he wrote each symbol. What if it doesn't work? What if everything stays the same? If nothing changes, I think I might kill myself. Hot tears fell down his cheeks and landed on the lantern, staining it with his sadness.
