Key's POV

This is the day.. Please..JUst please.. Make a miracle..

Yoojin was not in her hospital bed being dragged to the operating room.

I held her hand while walking.

"Saranghae.." I whispered and kissed her hand.

"Key.." She said panting. I just know she's very nervous.

I am scared to death.

"You'll make it..I just know..You will.." I said and held my tears.

We arrived at the operating room and I was left outside with the others.

I sat weka on the chair and the others followed.

I buried my face on my hands.

The others didn't talk to me because they know I need to stay like this to be calm.

"Please..God..Please..She will make it..She'll make it.." I kept praying and whispering to myself.

After 5 hours that we waited, the doctor came out with two nurses holding two babies.

I quickly ran to them. The two nurses left wit the babies, my boys..

"How is she??" I asked and held the doctor's shoulders.

He looked down and that's when tears started to roll down my face.

"How is she??!" I shouted.

"We tried everything.." HE said.

"I need to see her.." I said and ran to the operating room. THe others tried to stop me but I didn't let them.

I ran inside and saw my wife's unconsious body with the covers until her neck.

"Yoojin-ah.." I mumbled and ran to her and kneeled down beside the bed.

I cried and held her cold hand.

"Why?.." I asked and cried harder.

"Please..Wake up..Tell me you were just sleeping..Did you see our boys? They're beautiful..Please wake up.." I cried while shaking her.

"Key.." I heard someone said.

"Leave us alone." I said not looking.

I felt that he left and I just hugged my wife's body.

"Saranghae.." I whispered and kissed her lips for the last time.

I just hugged her there while crying hard when I felt someone shaking my body.

"Leave me alone.." I shouted not looking.

"Key!" THe voice shouted.

"I said leave me alone!" I shouted and suddenly everything was getting blurry and all I saw was black.

I opened my eyes and I froze when I saw my wife's face on top of me.

"Aaaaaaaaaaaaahhhh!!" I screamed and she covered her ears.

"What is wrong with you??" She asked irritated.

"What are you doing here?? And and and...You're dead!!" I shouted and pointed to her.

"WHAT? Since when?? Yah! You want me to die?? I'm obviously alive you idiot!!" She shouted and rolled her eyes.

I stared at her while panting.

I quickly crawl to the bed near her. I hugged her tightly, I can feel th big bump on her tummy.

"I love you..I love you..I love you.." I said non-stop and cried on the crook of her neck.

"Seriously..What happened?" She asked and chuckled. She just hugged me back.

"Are you really..as in for real right now??" I asked and held her face.

"Of course I am? What is wrong with you?" She asked.

I just hugged her tightly again.

"It's just a dream.." I mumbled and looked at her while holding her face.

"How are you? How's our two boys? Are you still sick?" I asked non-stop.

"Waht two boys? We have one girl and one boy.. What are you talking about?" She asked. MY eyes widen.

"Wait..It's not two boys?" I asked.

"Ne." She answered.

"So it's not Mo-Mo Twins?" I asked.

"What the heck is Mo-Mo twins?? Are you being crazy right now?" She asked.

"You were not hospitalized?" I asked.

"Nope, why would I?" She asked and my eyes widen more.

"SHUT THE MOTHER HUGGER LOSER SHIT!!" I shouted and covered my mouth.

"Huh? Yah!! Are you getting paranoid??" She asked.

"So all this time it was all a dream??" I shouted and looked at her.

"What?" She asked.

"Oh my god!!" I shouted and hugged her again.

"Seriously this old man. Having weird dreams.." She said and laughed.

"I really thought I lost you already.." I cried again.

"Yah! Are you crying?" She asked and looekd at me and cupped my face.

"Kim Yoojin..After you give birth to our twins.. Don't ever get pregnant again! Promise me." I said and held her face with both of my hands.

"O-okay...You're weird." She said. I hugged her again.

"Ahhhh!!" She suddenly yelped in pain.

"What happened?" I asked and held her shoulders.

"I think I'm about to give birth.." She said while panting.

"Oh shit." I said and quickly stood up and carried her.

I didn't even care if she's heavy.

"Call Yuni to take care fo Yuki while we're away." I said while on my way to the car.

"Okay..Wait why would I call her? I'm about to give birsth ! Duh!" She said and I put her inside the passengers' seat.

"Then call Taemin, maybe they're together right now." I said.

"Ne? They're together? I didn't know.." She said.

"WHAT?Don't tell me..That long?? I've been dreaming that long???" I asked after I entered the drivers' seat.

"I don't care about yoiur freaking dream and drive me to the freaking hospital because it's freaking painful right now!! Do you freaking understand me!!?"Seh shouted.

"Ne ne ne ne.." I said and drove fastly.

After we arrived, the doctor assisted her quickly and brought her to the room.

I was left outside. I was walking back and fourth when the others came with Jinhee and Hana.

"Key!" They shouted and went near me.

"Calm down.." Jonghyun said.

"Why would I ?? You will experience this also when Jinhee gives birth soon!!" I shouted and ruffled my hair.

"H-huh?? She's pregnant?" Jonghyun shouted with wide eyes.

"I am pregnant?" Jinhee asked and blushed.

"Y-you're not??" I asked with wide eyes.

"I-i am n-not.."She said and suddenly covered her mouth and ran to the bathroom.

"I think she is.." Minho said and Jonghyun gulped.

"Aish!! That was all a dream???? Hana, don't tell me you're still pregnant?" I asked to make sure if that was all a dream from the start.

"I gave birth.." She said.

"That's good.." I sighed in relief.

"4 days ago remember?" She added and my eyes widen more.

"What is wrong with you?" Onew asked.

"It's all a dream??" I mumbled and ruffled my hair in frustration.

"Taemin, how are you and Yuni?" I asked while gulping.

"Who is she?" He asked.

"O my god.." I said and close my eyes.

"Oppa Oppa..We're here.." I heard Yuni's voice and I saw her running with Yuki holding her hands.

She suddenly bumped into Taemin while Yuki ran to me.

I looked at the two and they were staring at each other.

"They just knew each other?" I whispered to Yuki.

"Ne Appa..Seh doens't know Uncle..She don't watch watch TV because she doesn't have one right?" She said.

"OMG again..Why is this happening to me?" I asked and carried Yuki.

"What is wrong with you?" Minho asked.

I told them everything as in everything, the whole detail. 

They laughed after that and I can see Yuni and Taemin blushing while looking at opposite ways.

"Seriously? You had the weirdest dream!!" Jonghyun laughed.

We saw Jinhee ran back to us.

"Oppas..A nurse saw me earlier..and..she checked me up..I'm pregnant.." She said and looked down. I saw Jjong's jaw dropped.

"I guess not all a dream after all~" Onew hyung said and laughed.

"Oppa..I need to go home..I still have homeworks..Congratulations Oppa again.." Yuni said and stood up.

"I-I'll..drive her h-home.." Taemin said and stood up.

We looked at him teasingly.

THey left.

"Definitely not all a dream at all~" Minho said.

"Please...Let be 'that' one be a dream.." I prayed silently.

After hours of waiting, the doctor came.

I ran to him.

"How's she?" I asked.

"Congratulations~ You have a healthy twins and you're wife is perfectly fine~ She was wide awake while we were operating her." The doctor said and I sighed in relief.

I partied in my mind as I waited for her to be sent on her room. We went to the nursery and looked at our babies.

"Cute!!~" Hana said.

"I notice something..The girl looked exactly like Yoojin and the boy looks exacty like Key.." Onew hyung said. I just smiled.

"And they're noth really noisy huh?" Jonghyun said and smirked at me.

I looked at the two babies and they were being carried by two nurses while they are crying.

I just laughed.

How crazy this life could be if that was not a dream..

Maybe that dream happened for me to do better..

I'll be a better husband and a father..

I won't let anything happen to my family.

Especially now...That we're already 

"FIVE." I suddenly uttered the last word.

"Five? Yeah!~ So from now on, FIVE Divas in one roof~ Hey guys, don't we ever visit to their house..It's dangerous!~" Onew said and hig fived with the others.

I pouted and chuckled afterwards.

Thank you for that dream..I lover her even more than I do now..
