Q: What is Cube looking for?

they are looking for individuals who doesn't only have talents as is, but a talent that can be improved and character/personality also. Talents doesn't necessarily mean you have only good voice but also you can dance, but they don't really looked at that much. A cube representative would say "You can train talent but they you train character." Vocals play a very important part. The other criteria are body proportion and age (as selected ones have to undergo 2-3 years as trainees at least, so if they aren’t young/fit, it may be a little hard on them).
