Introducing the Characters

You take life slowly, and carefully. Ever since your mum died when you were little and you were left alone with a dad who has been stuck in depression, you had to grow up by yourself. You know that time is everything, because every second that ticks by, is time you'll never get back. You learned this at a young age, as you watched your mum die slowly, and your dad slowly get worse and worse. People always said you were mature for your age but that's only because you learned how to adapt to the real world when you were young.

Tao. The cold-hearted boy. That's how you always thought of him at least. You didn't meet him until your second year of high school. He was the exchange student from China. You never thought that this boy would end up meaning so much to you.

Your best friend, Kai. You knew him ever since middle school. You guys knew basically everything about each other. Kai was silly and sweet and always made you feel better when you were with him. You wouldn't have it any other way. You truly loved him.

And lastly, SoHee, your closest gal pal. You weren't nearly as close to her as you were with Kai. You talked to her a lot and always knew you could trust her. You told her everything you couldn't tell Kai. Like how Kai is your first love. It was just little girl talks between you two. SoHee was super euthesiastic and bubbly and always a joy to be around.
