Jonghyung and Key have been dating for almost 2 years.  Key had been waiting at home for Jonghyung's return from wherever he had been. Then.. Jonghun gets home... 

You are Jonghyun and I'm Key (in a sense, that's just kinda how I wrote it) Key (me) is recalling the most hardes time in his and Jonghyun's (you) life. He writes a letter to you, which isn't obvious at first, telling you what had happened after the incident. 

He hopes that one day, you'll be able to tell him "I love you" once again. It is all because of you that my life had changed.
