The sky was clear. The wind whistled through the trees as delicate flower petals drifted down, creating colorful flower walkways. The sun sneaked out of the leaf canopy, bathing it in a warm, pink color. People started to leave their houses, headed to their destinations.

It was a peaceful morning until suddenly,

THUD!

A loud sound echoed in one of the rooms of a white mansion that was isolated from the rest of the neighborhood by an undersized white barrier and vibrant flowers in the garden.

A door swung open to reveal a beautiful girl with bed hair, still in her pajamas, who obviously just woke up. She ran out and banged onto the four doors next to hers like a mad person.

“Jung Jessica!! Lee Donghae!! Im Yoona!! Cho Kyuhyun!! Wake up!! Hurry up!!” After finishing shouting, she ran downstairs.

Before she reached the kitchen, the front door slammed open. A young man with a white headset sweat dripping down from his face stepped in. He just came back from his morning jog. As usual, he lost track of time while jogging and forgot to wake his housemates up, although he had made mental notes about that many times.

“Choi Siwon!! Why are you always forgetting to wake us up?” The girl shouted from the kitchen, loud enough for the lad who just came back to hear her.

“Sorry, Tiffany,” Siwon could only scratch the back of his head apologetically. After wiping his sweat, he walked into the kitchen to help Tiffany make eight omelets for six people.

Seeing that there was no hope of the other four waking up, Tiffany shouted again with her husky voice. “Yah! If you four don't wake up, we're officially dead!”

After that, one door slammed open. A high pitched voice followed. “Who's dead? Who's dead? Dang! I knew that I should’ve called my mom yesterday.” Jessica's voice echoed throughout the entire mansion. Tiffany was too busy preparing breakfast to answer Jessica, and Siwon could only smile at his dongsaeng's silly sentences.

“Relax, Jessica. We are not dead literally. Tiffany means we are late for school.” Another door opened, and Donghae stepped out. He softly patted the cute girl's shoulder then slowly walked into the kitchen.

This situation had happened thousands of times before, and he was too familiar with it. Jessica was as still as a statue in front of her door until realization stuck her. She shouted back to the kitchen, “Yah!! Hwang Tiffany! Don't do that again! You almost gave me a heart attack!!”

Jessica frowned and followed Donghae to the kitchen. She sat beside him and took the plate that Tiffany handed her. Looking around, Jessica saw two people missing. “Where are Kyuhyun and Yoona?”

“They'll be here.” Donghae said calmly. He took a bite out of his omelet before turning his head towards the stairs, shouting, “Cho Kyuhyun! If you don't wake up soon, your games are going to stay in the trash bin. And Im Yoona!! It's time for food!”

As soon as the word 'food' left Donghae’s mouth, the four of them heard running steps and falling voices. A skinny and pretty girl soon appeared at the end of the stairs, followed by an angry Kyuhyun. He was never happy when Donghae used his games to wake him up. Donghae turned back continued eating his breakfast, avoiding the deadly glare from his dongsaeng.

This routine has been their morning 'activity' since they moved in together.

“Hey, Yoona. Watch your steps, will you? You are always falling from bed when you're in a hurry.” Siwon warned as he handed Yoona a plate with three omelets.

“Got it.” Yoona replied happily as she started on her breakfast, but it was clear that she would still fall next time. But at this moment, she would obey anyone as long as she had her food. After all, she was a shikshin, and that was what they called her.

“Shh, like she’s gonna not fall. I'm sure she will fall from the stairs next time instead of her bed.” Kyuhyun hissed as he sat down. He watched the shikshin munching her breakfast and earned a glare from her.

They all continued to eat their breakfast until Siwon looked at his watch. “We're late. We should be at school in a few minutes or else we'll end up in the principal office again.” With that, he ran upstairs, leaving the rest in a panic. They shouted together in worry and hurriedly ate their food before running to their own rooms to take a shower.
