Description

He knew how people worked. Some people laugh, some cry, some people live, some die, some people run right into the fire, while others hide their every desire; but he knew that he was a lover, just like her. However, she didn’t believe him.

With pleading eyes, he looked at her and begged, “Look into my eyes, because the heart never lies.” 

Foreword

This is a series dedicated to the one and only Hangeng. I know he left Super Junior, but he will always be part of SJ in my heart. He will always be part of my heart, and I will continue to support him and every one of his decisions. I don’t want to rant, though, so let’s continue.

“The Heart Never Lies” is based off various love songs by a British band known as “McFly”. You see, prior to joining the K-pop world again (years before my post-hardcore/screamo obsession, actually), I obsessed over this band and learned to love them quite a bit. They are an amazing band and deserve all the attention they receive and more. They're hilarious, kind-hearted boys that I only wish the best for.

In addition to that, because of their songs, this story will range from several genres, but—for the most part—remain as a romance like stories.
