Karen’s POV:

Omona~! Ottokhe~?! I’ll be doing a recording with yoseob oppa today! Aaah~! I’m so nervous! ‘geez this is like a dream come true.~

*What Karen wore:

Yoseob: oh, Karen-ah~! We have a recording together today right?

Karen: h-huh?

Yoseob: don’t tell me you forgot? *pouts*

O.o my poor heart~! Inhale~ exhale. Waaah~! How can someone be so cute~! My fangirl heart… so being a friend of your bias also has some bad sides.. like I can’t squeal in front of them… -.-

Karen: oh, I won’t foget it oppa.  why?

Yoseob: oh, I just wanted to ask you if you want, we can just go  together?

Karen: *laughs* is that even a valid question.

Yoseob: :) I don’t know?

Karen: well, what about your fans?

Yoseob: fans will understand~ we’re the power vocals anyway~

Karen: how could that be connected?

Yoseob: *shrugs* let’s go? *puts an arm on Karen’s shoulder*

As we arrived at the studio, we’re still goofing around. Yoseob oppa and I love to do that.. well not only us but the whole cube family especially octeit and b2st. everything becomes a treasured memory everything we spend time with each other. :D

Still as we finished greeting the staff.. I noticed a familiar back.. talking with the director.. and talk about familiar…its-

Yoseob: Jieun-ah!

IU: omo! Seobbie oppa~!

Yoseob: I missed you!

IU: same here~! *laughs* I’ll feature you in one of my future songs

Yoseob: I’ll be waiting for that.

IU: and don’t think that I haven’t caught you yet.

Yoseob: mwoh? What did I do?

IU:  you called me jieun. Aish~1 oppa should call me by my screen name.

Yoseob: mianh~ I think your real name suits you more. :D

And.. yeah.. easy as that I instantly became a wind… I can’t envy iu unnie more… she’s pretty and has an ageless beauty. She’s intelligent… and sings really good… She  has Yoseob as her suitor… aaah~! How luckier can she get? -.-

IU: oh! Karen, you’re there!

Karen: oh, hello. :D

Yoseob: so what are you sing here ji eun?

IU: I will record with you guys. :D I’ll be your special guest. :D

Yoseob: oh that’s cool-

Karen: you guys seem awfully close.

IU: well, yeah. ‘cause he’s my protector.

Yoseob: oh, after the marshmallow pairing scandal went out.. I tried to discipline the fans. Just then, IU stopped her acct. and mostly accepted only her manager’s and my calls.

IU: he became my night and shining armor at that time so he’s my protector.

 Yoseob: you’re just lucky that you have B2st as your fanboys.

IU: are you? Should i? *laughs*

Yoseob: do you remember the past dance battle

IU: the wink?

Yoseob: *laughs* yeah~! XDD

Karen: uhm, excuse me, I’m just going to the restroom.

I think Yoseob oppa and IU get along well.. *sigh* I wonder what would happen if I met oppa earlier.. probably the same right? IU got it all.. looks personality and talent. There’s nothing I can go against it. *sigh* aish~! What a screwed life.-.- now I look like third wheel. Just when I thought I’ll have an alone time with oppa…

*when Karen came back Yoseob is already recording*

Aah~! Oppa’s voice is so soothing… listening to this is like a drug.. I can’t possibly stop liking him right? *smiles bitterly* can’t I be a fairytale princess for once? I would really love to be waken up by a prince from this bitter dream.. a person who can save me from distress I’m feeling right now… -.-

Yoseob: aah~! How was it?

Karen: it was.. –

IU: amazing oppa! Aah~! You’re the best!

Yoseob: oh, thanks Ji eun ah!

Director: Karen, you should record next.

Karen: oh, okay.

Yoseob: Karen-ah~! Hwatting!

Karen: yeah~

*Seeing Yoseob and IU while singing what should be a happy sing doesn’t feel right. Karen can’t get her feelings straight and Karen struggled with the recording*

Director: ah, Karen what happened to you?

Karen: I’m sorry!

Yoseob: Karen, are you alright?

Karen: well-

Director: ah, Karen you go out first.

Karen: huh? But-

Director: just take a rest first. IU, you go first. And Karen we’ll record again after IU’s part. Okay,

Karen: yes, thanks director.

IU: are you okay?

Karen: yeah. I’m so sorry to trouble you…

 IU: that’s fine. :D

Yoseob: ji eun ah! Hwaitting~!

IU: *makes a peace sign*

Ahh, IU unnie’s voice is as perfect as ever… I envy her so much…

*Yoseob sees Karen go out so he decided to follow her*

Aish~! How can I screw up like this. I’ve let them down.. I’m such a failure… why have I been chosen in the first place. -.- yoseob and iu unnie will just go together perfectly.. there’s no need for me here…

Yoseob: here.

Karen: oh, oppa.

Yoseob: drink this. It’s good for your voice.

Karen: thanks.

*silence*

Yoseob: so what’s up?

Karen: uh.. I guess I’m just a bit tired.

Yoseob:…

Karen: really.. I’m just tired…

Yoseob: *hugs Karen*

Karen: *shocked* oppa?

Yoseob: even though I don’t know what happened… just cry. Let it all out. This will be a secret between you and me. Okay?

Karen: *cries*

How could you be so cruel?! Yoseob oppa. You’re really bad… don’t you know that the reason for my tears is you? How could be like this. Now I think I can’t fall for anyone other than you. You’re just that special…

*after crying*

Yoseob: well, we should go back already. You think you can-

Karen: yeah I can.. thanks oppa.

Yoseob: then let’s go back~1 :D

*Karen then recorded perfectly with the help of yoseob. Yoseob was doing goofy faces to cheer Karen up. Since it was a happy song Karen successfully delivered the song. :D*

I have to thank yoseob oppa. I wonder where he is.. oh, there he is.. with IU unnie? What are they doing here…

IU: oppa. I really like you. All these times.. you have protected me. I really wish that you could always stay by my side to protect me and I promise to also never leave your side. *hugs yoseob*

Hearing that confession made my world crumble into pieces.  As long as yoseob oppa is happy.. I should be happy right? IU is such a sweet girl.. and I myself am a shipper of Yo-iu couple… but I didn’t know that it would hurt like this… seeing them together after getting close to yoseob oppa…

Karen: uh, I remember that I have something else to do-

Yoseob: oh really? Where? I can bring you there.

Karen: uh there’s no need. I don’t want to be a bother. I could go there myself you guys could just eat dinner together.

Yoseob: oh., okay

IU:n are you sure you won’t go with us?

Karen: yeah, but thanks anyway. Bye.

IU: oh, bye~

Yoseob: bye. Take care~*pats Karen’s head* okay?

Karen: *nods* I will.
