You caught up with your new friends and the three of you entered one of the female dormitories.

Yejin, Jinju, and you walked up to the second floor and they opened up one of the doors near the end of the hallway.

“Welcome to our haven~” Yejin opened the door.

“Waa~” The dorm room wasn’t large but it was big enough for two girls to live in. There was a bunk bed along with two desks and two drawers. You could tell which side was Yejin’s and which one was Jinju’s.

Yejin’s desk was full of stickers and art drawings. It was very bright with happy smiles all over the place.

Jinju’s was simple and organized with all sorts of calculators.

“Are you a math major?” You asked.

“Can you guess with the calculators?” She gave you a friendly smirk.

“Junnie doesn’t look like it but she’s a pure mathematical genius.” Yejin nodded.

*I envy you.* You thought.

“What major are you?” Jinju asked.

“For now, I’m literature but I might change in the future…” You looked around the room some more. You spotted a familiar poster by the bottom bunk. Your eyes shined, “WHOSE BED IS THIS?!”

“Mine!” Yejin raised her arm.

“ARE YOU A SHAWOL?!” You asked excitedly.

“SINCE THE BEGINNING! ARE YOU?!” She asked.

“YES!” You squealed.

The two of you screamed and jumped up and down with thrill.

“Oh boy. Here we go again.” Jinju rolled her eyes.

“I knew we’d get along ever since I first saw you! There was something SHINY about you!” Yejin laughed. “I’m so happy to meet another Shawol!” You beamed with an enthusiastic nod. The two of you laughed and jumped around some more. “Kill me now, really.” Jinju groaned.

Suddenly a malicious voice screeched, “Will you girls be quiet?!”

The two of you stopped laughing and looked to the door. Jinju looked up and scowled *Not that bitch again.*

A tall, pretty girl with sharp eyes, high cheekbones, and small lips frowned at all of you, “Didn’t I tell you to keep it down? You two are not the only ones living here, you know.”

Jinju spoke up, “Geez. I wondered why there were so many girls walking in and out of this place. I just thought we paid an enormous shitload of money for this entire dormitory.”

Yejin shot her a look then respectfully bowed to the older girl, “Sorry Saemi unnie. We’ll keep it down.”

She gave the three of you another hard look then swiftly strode away.

“Bitch.” Jinju spat.

“Woo Jinju!” Yejin warned.

“What? I’m not calling her something she isn’t.” She shrugged.

Yejin shook her head, “You could get us into so much trouble though!”

“Who was that anyways?” You asked warily.

Yejin explained, “That’s our hall monitor Saemi unnie. She’s a junior and she’s-“

“A bitchy bitch.” Jinju finished. Yejin shot her a look and she innocently shrugged. Yejin sighed, “Okay, I admit. She is one tough cookie-“

“That doesn’t even describe her.” Jinju snorted.

Yejin ignored her, “But we have to respectful. She is our sunbae, after all. And she is also one of the leaders for the Freshmen Committee.”

“Freshmen Committee?” You blinked.

“Didn’t you read the school guidelines?” Yejin snickered, “It’s mandatory that all freshmen be accountable to it. For our first semester, these sunbaes will guide over us to make sure we ‘make the right transition’ into college. Lame, really, but what can we do? It’s school policy.” She shrugged.

“You better be careful, Binnie. Bitch Monitor is a literature major also. If you get caught on her radar, she’ll torture you for life.” Jinju warned. *Great.* Your heart began to sink. “Oh don’t be so dramatic!” Yejin waved her hand.

“She better not be our leader or I’ll have to smack a bitch!” Jinju snapped.

“Calm down. There are other leaders out there. What’s our chance of being in her group, eh?” Yejin beamed and elbowed your side.

You gulped with a wan face. *With my bad luck…most certainly yes.*
