"Ye Min, kindly do the honors of getting the water. As for you, Ms. Zhang, you can now take a break from working and maybe spend time with your friend….." Lay said.

I raised my eyebrows at Lay.

"What friend are you talking about?" I asked suspiciously, folding my arms across my chest as I neared him.

"Jinri-noona, or SHINee's photographer. Either." Lay replied.

Oh okay. I thought he was pertaining to Jung Min Hyeok alone. I had to face palm mentally.

Kwon Ye Min hit Lay's shoulder and removed her black fur coat. 

"Oppa, hold my coat for a while. I'll get snacks for everyone." Ye Min said happily.

She was so cheerful and bubbly yet graceful at the same time. Is she younger or older than me?

"How old are you, Ye Min?" I asked her. She flipped her hair like a beauty pageant contestant.

"I'm 21. I'm older than oppa." Ye Min answered. So Lay and I are younger than her?

"You're my unnie! I'm 20." I told her.

Oh shoot. I forgot that I'm playing as a 26-year old in front of EXO. Aish. Pabo.

EXO-M started to crack up like retards. "Hihihihihihi. Oh Ye Jin noona! You're joking again.. We all know that you're 26!" Tao said in between laughs.

I blushed and just laughed along. Lay wasn't laughing. He was probably thinking of how stupid my answer was. Can't blame him. It was stupid after all.

"So I'm getting Starbucks for everyone. I'll be back, okay?" Ye Min said as she stroked Lay's arms. 

wowowowowow. how close, how sweet. 

"Can you buy me a pack of Doritos?" Lay suddenly asked.

So he eats junkfoods now? That's a miracle!

Ye Min scowled at Lay. "No, oppa. I'm not buying you greasy stuff. That's going to make you fat. I'll just buy wheat bread for you." Ye Min told Lay.

Lay chose not to reply. Maybe he was too starved after the fashion show and that he wanted to reward himself with chips. I gotta admit, the whole "fat" comment from Ye Min was a little too materialistic and worldly. 

When Ye Jin had left, EXO-M all slouched on the couch and got their phones to make a phone call on Star Call. Xiu Min and Tao were the ones who made the phone call.

I punched Lay's arm, with the subtle intention of removing Ye Min's touch on him. Lay didn't budge. He was silent, observing his surroundings. Typical Lay.

"Yo unicorn, you tired?" I asked Lay because his mood was becoming gloomy. Lay inhaled, took a break from observing stuff and looked at me in the eyes.

Turned out, I was the one he was studying at the moment.

"You're just hungry." I remarked jokingly and got my purse to get a small pack of Lay's sour cream. Yeah, I like eating chips. My parents hated it when I asked for chips, so now that I'm free, I can eat what I want.

I handed the chips to Lay. "Sorry I don't have Doritos at the moment. Don't worry. I won't tell Ye Min that you ate junkfood." I mouthed and winked.

"Thanks." He uttered sullenly and ate the chips. He shared it with EXO-M. 

"Thank you noona!" They shouted, well, except for Lay. He can't call me noona.

"You're welcome. Uh, I'll just check on Jinri-eonni. Behave, okay?" I told EXO-M then I ran to look for Jinri-eonni.

I hope EXO's manager is taking care of her. I swear, they look good together.

>>>LAY'S POV<<<

I know, it's nothing to be suspicious of….

the photographer, but my instinct told me that Mr. Photographer will play a vital role in my existence.

I don't know which aspect. Maybe we're going to be friends. Maybe he's SM's representative. Maybe he's a publicist.

No clue.

When it was time for us to go backstage to change our clothes, everyone else, including myself, saw The Photographer with Ms. Heiress.

Photography Lessons? 

Seems like it.

Xiu Min began teasing them. The guy with the camera introduced himself as Jung Min Hyeok, SHINee's photographer.

From the way he introduced himself, he's a very accomplished person. I looked at the heiress. She was looking at Jung Min Hyeok's face.

I can't tell exactly what to think of Jung Min Hyeok. Judging from his attire, he's quite well-off. He carried the same MCM bag, his was a leather satchel. 

the rich guy type, I guess.

>>>FAST FORWARD<<<

I felt like eating any kind of chips after the fashion show. I was tired and I wanted to take a break from my diet.

I didn't feel like drinking coffee for the seventh time that week. Ye Min told us that she'll be buying food, so I requested for Doritos. 

I was taken aback by her statement.

"No, oppa. I'm not buying you greasy stuff. That's going to make you fat. I'll just buy wheat bread for you." She said.

Since when did she become concerned about what I put in my body? And if I get fat, she'll stop seeing me? Is that how she sees it?

I took an unnoticed glance at Aya Zhang. Her signature noona smile magically stopped my doubts on Kwon Ye Min.

When Kwon Ye Min lightly grazed my arm, I felt no spark. It must be the sweat, the liquid that repelled the static of Kwon Ye Min's failed body heat.

Shortly, Ye Min left to buy the food. I folded her extravagant coat and kept it in my MCM bag.

I stood against the wall and looked at the backstage lights, the mirrors, the equipment just to make time pass. Tao and Xiu Min were doing fan service on the Star Call.

All of a sudden, I felt a sharp flick on my body, dominantly, on my left arm. Aya Zhang had just punched me lightly, without force. The sweat on my body dried when her fingers made contact with my skin.

What was that?

I caught oxygen and gazed at the eyes of the heiress, allowed myself to get lost for no particular reason.

Little did I know, she already handed me chips. I was more than grateful and thrilled to devour the food with my mouth.

Soon after, the heiress left to check on something. 

Jung Min Hyeok entered the backstage and greeted us. We all bowed to each other.

Tao approached Min Hyeok. "Can I call you Min Hyeok-hyung?" 

Min Hyeok person gave him a thumbs up. "Sure. You're Tao, right? I saw a picture of you with a panda camera. You must be interested in photography." Min Hyeok commented.

The other EXO-M members gathered around Min Hyeok and admired the pictures he took.

"Wow, you're a pro!" Kris exclaimed. They began talking in English. I understood every word because I can speak the language.

The Min Hyeok guy took pride in his work, treating photography like a diamond. EXO-M listened to his love story with cameras. I was too exhausted to listen.

After his long conversation with EXO-M, they all seemed to be in good spirits.

It was my turn to fulfill my satisfaction, to fill in my burning curiosity.

I tapped Min Hyeok's shoulder and mumbled, 

"So, how did you meet Ms. Zhang?" I asked. My plan was intact, and the answer was coming.

Min Hyeok scratched his head. Mannerism. 

"I once danced with her in a club." Min Hyeok replied, smiling, not knowing that he revealed a piece of information to me.

In a club, huh? Party boy? Maybe.

The investigation shall continue.
