Your POV (The Clone)

"So... do you want to?" I looked at Kai with wide eyes. Did he just ask me to go outside with him? It was too good to be true. He grinned and said, "I know I've never really allowed you outside, but now it's different."

I smiled and nodded. 

He smiled and said, "Okay, get ready. I'm going to tell ~~~~~ to get ready as well. She's gonna be so happy!" He left the room and I looked at the floor in disappointment. So the only reason we were even going outside was for the Original. Not to make up for my lost time outside.

I looked over at Kai and ~~~~~. They were chatting excitedly and sharing each other's ice-cream. I looked down at my pink strawberry ice-cream and it. It was sweet. But bittersweet. Nothing would taste sweet as I watched the happy couple interact with one another. 

People did stare at us three. Well, of course, I mean, ~~~~~, The Original, and I looked exactly the same... and we were all eating ice-cream in this freezing cold weather. 

I looked through the shop windows and admired the pretty clothing. 

"Do you want to go in?" I turned my head to see the Original smiling gently at me. She looked at Kai and said, "Hold our ice-creams. We're going shopping."

Kai chuckled and took her and my ice-cream before I could say anything. My eyes widened. Kai was doing something... for me? Holding my ice-cream for me? He reached into his pocket and pulled out some bills. "Here. Use this."

The Original made a face but took it. She sighed and mumbled, "I don't like using other people's money... but since I have absolutely nothing... aish." She looked at me and smiled, "Let's go in."

She gently took hold of my hand and pulled me into the shop. I looked at Kai, shocked. He smiled and mouthed, 'It's ok.'

"We'll take all of them." I looked at the Original with wide eyes and down at the pile of clothing that she picked out and I tried on. 

She smiled at me and said, "I highly doubt that Kai has bought you anything nice all this time. This time we'll make up for it. And plus, you look good in them. I know you like them as well."

I bit my lip as the shop assistant took the clothes and started to scan them on some machine. "Is it a good idea?" I looked at Kai, "Will he be angry?"

~~~~~ laughed lightly and shook her head, "Ani. Kai won't get angry. He's patient and doesn't lose his temper easily."

I looked down at the floor. Kai never lost his temper around her? Never? I looked out the window at him. He was eating his ice-cream while smiling to himself softly. 

I've never seen him so free and happy before, until he finally found a way to bring the Original back to life. He had never smiled like the way he was right now until these past few weeks. 

I looked at Lee ~~~~~. How was it that she can bring such happiness into his life that I failed to do so all this time? What did Kai see in her that he didn't see in me?

Is it our identity? She's Lee ~~~~~ and I'm Kim ~~~~~? What is she and I were to change names for the day? Would Kai still love her or me acting as her?  What if she was to disappear and I take on her identity? Would Kai love me then? Or would I be found out?

How come the world was so unfair? Just an identity. All I wanted was her identity.

Lee ~~~~~'s POV (The Original)

"Where do you want to go next?" Kai asked. 

I shrugged and looked at my clone... ~~~~~. "Where do you want to go?"

She looked at me unsurely then at Kai who just smiled. "Uhm... I don't mind... I don't really know anywhere to go."

We had just finished eating at one of my favourite Italian restaurants after shopping for an hour or so. I sighed and said, "Well, you guys decided amongst yourself. I need to use the restroom."

I stood up and Kai looked at me, "Do you want me to go with you?"

I rolled my eyes, "I might have been dead for these few years, but please, I still know my way around."

He chuckled and lightly shook his head.

I walked out of the restroom and started to make my way back to our seats. But, as I walked past the glass windows, I noticed a familiar, lone figure walking on the other side of the road. 

My eyes widened. Luhan. He still looked the same. He didn't change. 

Tears started to blur my eyes. Before I knew it, I was dashing outside in the cold, chasing after Luhan.
