Kyung Mi kept running until she reached her destination, only to find the person she was running to waiting outside.

“I was waiting for you to show up.” He smirked.

“Or you know, you could have met me somewhere instead of making me run all the way here.” Kyung Mi said sarcastically, catching her breath from the run.

“Aww.. But the sound of your heart beating so fast is so delightful to the ears.” AJ joked.

Kyung Mi gave him a look, “You know I would never do that without your permission.” He assured her.

“Mhmmmmm...” She said.

He took her hand and squeezed it gently, “Trust me. Besides, we have somewhere we need to go.” he said.

“Of course we do.” She sighed, already tired.

“I said we need to go. Not you need run there.” AJ chuckled before pulling her onto his back and breaking off into a run.

She kept her eyes closed, not wanting to get sick on the way there.

He jumped up the floors to the apartment where they had first met, with his bloodlust.

“Here?” She asked him as he let her climb off and lay on the bed.

He laid down next to her, “Yeah, it’s halfway between your Quarters and my house so it’s perfect. Besides, this bed is much more comfortable than that thing you call a mattress.” He said in disgust.

Kyung Mi giggled before tapping his nose, “Stop it.” She said.

“No. I speak the truth.” He replied, pulling her closer.

“What do you want to talk about?” She asked.

AJ grinned, “How about we start with why you were climbing a junkyard mountain and who was the guy that gave you a piggyback ride after?” He asked.

Kyung Mi’s jaw dropped in shock, “I did that during the day. How did you know?” She asked back.

“Tia told Eli who told Soohyun who told me. Now, spill.” AJ urged.

Kyung Mi sighed, “When we were little, when status didn’t matter, all of us used to build those mountains together and make the others race climbing up. I had to climb the Alphas’ mountain while they climbed mine. I won, but I never got to climb the own mountain until this afternoon.” She explained.

“And the guy?” AJ reminded.

Kyung Mi giggled again, “Are you jealous?” She asked to which AJ didn’t answer, “He’s just my big brother. Kappa Yong Guk. He’s been helping me with my problems lately.” She said.

“What problems?” He asked her.

Kyung Mi flushed, looking away. “You can either tell me or I’ll just read your mind right now.” AJ threatened.

She sighed, “The other Kappa Ilhoon confessed to me, I already told him I cannot. Alpha Yesung, in a way also confessed to me this morning. And Kappa Ren has told me that Gamma Junsu likes me too.” She said all in one breath.

His arm around her waist got slightly more possessive as he pulled her closer, making her laugh.

“I know, AJ. I have plans to let them all down. Don’t worry.” She assured him.

“If you need any help, you know you can call for me right?” AJ told her.

“I know.” She replied and he pecked her lips.

“Good, now I have some news for you.” He said.

“Oh yeah?” She asked, he had taken a hold of wrist and kissed it gently. Kyung Mi didn’t flinch but she was instantly transported back to that day.

“I won’t do that, not without your permission, remember?” He reminded her, kissing her wrist again, taking a deep breath.

“Me and my brothers will be helping your little rebellion. It’s destroying things publicly and running about free right?” He asked.

“Yes, and if anyone can find the exit, then we all leave.” She said.

“Well, my six brothers and I shall help.” He told her.

“I’ll be sure to let my followers know.” She replied.

AJ looked at her, “Are you sure that is wise? Tia told Eli that you have a leak.” He said.

“Tia just tells Eli everything huh?” Kyung Mi sneered.

AJ tapped her nose this time, “Be nice.”

“Okay..” She sighed, “I do have a leak, but my followers that are loyal expect an update. So I will give it to them.” She said.

He kissed her lips and it made her smile again. “Yah, cheer up. You’ll make it out of here.” He said.

“I hope so. I can’t be here anymore.” She said.

“Don’t worry, everything will work out in the end.” He assured her.

Kyung Mi smiled again, “Okay. Well... Now, on to more serious business.” She took out a small blade that she managed to steal from the stash in the kitchen before anyone noticed.

“I am now giving you permission.” She said, slicing her forearm lightly, blood started to ooze out the wound.

And AJ’s body turned rigid, “Are you sure?” He asked her, still gripping her forearm tightly.

“Positive.” And with that AJ let loose on her arm, his tongue swirling around the cut, tasting her.

Kyung Mi winced slightly but she kept herself together. This was the deal she had promised.
