"How are you feeling, Amber?" Myungsoo asked softly.
She smiled. "I'm fine."
He looked at her impassively, which unnerved her. "What is it?"
"I'm not blind."
"I know you're not." She gave him a perplexed leer before he continued. "You haven't been sleeping well," he brushed the bags underneath her eyes with his thumb, "correct?"
Amber didn't respond. She merely looked down while Myungsoo pulled his hand away. "If you're scared, upset, angry—anything—you can tell me. I'll be there for you. I'm here to protect you, so have faith in me. Trust me."
She smiled. "Thank you."
