After the transplant, Jessica was lying unconsciously on the hospital bed with Yuri sitting beside her worriedly.
Everything looks fine, the doctors told Yuri not to worry because everything was a success.

"Yuri-ah..?" called Jessica softly

"Hmm?"
"How're you feeling babe?"

"Feeling great" smiled Jessica assuringly
"Can i go home now?"

"Yup, if you want"
"I can bring you home immediately" replied Yuri

"Okay, I wanna go home now"
"Can you ask the doctor who's incharge of your mum here for awhile?"

"Why?"

"I wanna talk to him a little"

"Araesso"
"I'll go pay the hospital bill&ask him over then"

15 minutes later

"Ms Jung?"
"I heard you're looking for me"
"How're you feeling now?"

"Yup fine"
"Can you pass me a message to Mrs Kwon?"

"Oh sure"
"What do you want me to pass?"

"Hmm.."
"Please help me tell her to take care of her health"
"Dont come&look for Yuri for the time being.."
"Yuri cant accept the fact that she's here.."
"Dont tell her that i've donated my bone marrow to her too"
"I think she would feel super indebted to Yuri&me"
"I dont want her to feel that way" added Jessica

"Okay sure"
"I will do that for you"
"Get well soon Ms Jung" smiled the doctor before leaving.

"Get well soon?"
"Hah"
"I could never get well" mocked Jessica silenty

"Sica?"
"Come on, lets go already"
"Are you done changing?" said Yuri as she entered the room

"Yup"
"Yuri-ah~" pouted Jessica cutely

Looking at her pout, Yuri knew Jessica was up to no good.

"What now?"
"I know there's something up your sleeve" asked Yuri suspiciously

"Piggyback me!" whined Jessica

"Piggyback you again..?"
"Can i dont..?"
"Im tired today.." lied Yuri

But the truth is, her abdomen are still hurting from what happened earlier on the day.

"How about i'll push you out on a wheelchair?" offered Yuri kindly

"Nevermind.."
"Its fine if you dont want to piggyback me"
"Lets go then" said Jessica disappointedly

"Bianeh Sica-ah" apologised Yuri

Yuri didnt want to tell Jessica about her accident, she didnt want her to worry about it.
But, as you know, things cant be kept undercover for long.

"AH-HA!"
"I found you, Yuri!" exclaimed Nickhun who was walking towards Yuri

"Who's that?" asked Jessica curiously

"Sunbaenim?"
"What are you doing here?" asked Yuri

"To look for you of course!"
"Here's your medicine, dont forget to change the bandages"
"Its all in there" winked Nickhun
"You left so suddenly that you didnt even finished the medical treatment"
"So i asked around the hospital about you, luckily i found you here"
"I would have missed you if im a little bit later"

"Hahs, thank sunbaenim"
"I gotta go"
"My girlfriend's not feeling well" smiled Yuri politely

"Okay, see you soon!"

After walking out of the hospital, Jessica suddenly stopped&turned to Yuri with a solemn expression while waiting for the chaffeur to arrive.

"What Sica?" asked Yuri, trying to act all natural

"Dont what me Yuri"
"You kept things from me"
"You dont allow me to keep things from you but you did it from me"

"I didnt?"

"Then whats with the pack of medicine?"
"Care to explain?"

"Oh.."
"That.."
"Dont worry, im a doctor"
"I can take care of myself"

"See?"
"You dont even bother to explain"
"Nevermind, i can take care of myself then"
"You can go off now, i'll go home on my own" snapped Jessica annoyed as she got up the car on her own

"Sica"
"Wait" exclaimed Yuri who slowly got into the car with a little wincing

"Whats wrong Yuri?"
"Tell me.."
"Or im going to take my health as a joke" warned Jessica

"Araesso araesso"
"I met with a tiny weeny accident just now when you were calling me like crazy"
"And it fractured 3 ribs of mine"
"But as soon as i woke up, i rushed to your side already.."

"WHAT?!"
"FRACTURED RIBS?!"
"WHY DIDNT YOU TELL ME?!" gasped Jessica as she flipped up Yuri's shirt to see the bandage around her abdomen.
"Aww.."
"Does it hurt?"
"Why did something like this happen?" asked Jessica as she gently rubbed caressed Yuri's injured area.

"Not really much"
"Ah, its a long story"
"Forget about me, you have to go back home&rest"
"Come lie down on my lap&rest"
"I'll wake you up when we reach okay?" said Yuri as she patted her lap

"Okay" smiled Jessica sweetly as she laid down on Yuri's lap

Jessica love lying on Yuri's lap, it made her feel so warm&secure.
Its like with Yuri around, there's nothing else Jessica had to be worried about.

45 minutes later

"Babe, we're home"
"Wake up~" called Yuri tenderly as she pinched Jessica's cheeks slightly

"Mmm..?"
"Im up im up~"

In Jessica's room

"Yuri-ah~"
"Where are you going?" asked Jessica

"Hmm..?"
"Going to get something to prevent any infection to happen"
"Just wait here" said Yuri as she went into her room but came back with lots of things a few minutes later.

There were huge needles, bags of solutions, etc etc.

"Whats all these?" asked Jessica, a little scared with what Yuri's hanging up on her IV stand.

"This is the antiobiotics i'll be hanging up on you everyweek"
"Today will mark the first for the week"
"It will kill all bacteria in your body, including the good ones"
"Which means your immune system will decrease rapidly" explained Yuri
"So I've decided that after the antiobiotics treatment, i'll put you with this immunotheraphy treatment thats used for cancer"
"It helps to boost your immune system" added Yuri who was concentrating on the setup

"Is it that serious Yuri-ah?"
"Im sure i dont need all these scary stuff.." said Jessica softly

"Serious?"
"Who insisted to donate when i said its dangerous?"
"Who said its gonna be fine as long as im around?" spat Yuri back at Jessica

"Fine fine"
"I deserve all this okay!"
"I'll just keep quiet&bear with everything"
"I wont make a single wince or sound about anything you're doing to me!" exasperate Jessica angrily

Jessica was just trying to help save Yuri's mum but Yuri doesnt understand.

Jessica's POV

I just want Yuri to have someone there for her if anything's gonna happen to me.
Why cant Yuri just understand how i think?
I just want the best for her..

End of Jessica's POV

Without informing Jessica, Yuri inserted a infus into Jessica's hand so suddenly that it made Jessica jerk a little.
Immediately, remembering what Jessica had said before, not making any noise to whatever Yuri's gonna do to her,
Jessica had her teeth gritted tightly so as not to let out any sound.
She doesnt want Yuri to look down on her.

"Done"
"You better not leave the bed tonight" warned Yuri coldly as she exited the room

Actually, Yuri purposely made the insertion of the infus much more painful than usual,
but not to the extent of hurting Jessica.
She wanted Jessica to realised how serious she's been talking about,
she wants to let Jessica know it all.
Her heart actually ache a lot when she saw Jessica's reaction during the insertion of the infus.

Hours later, sounds of throwing up were heard from Jessica's room.
It was the side effect of the strong antibiotics given to Jessica.

"Ms Jessica?"
"You alright?" asked butler lee as he patted Jessica's back while she emptied all her stomach contents into the bin
"You need me to call for Ms Yuri?"

"No.."
"Dont.."
"She thinks i deserve all this.."
"So just dont call her.."
"I'll just bear with it since its just for a night.." said Jessica slowly as she laid back down on her bed.

Neither did she know, Yuri was standing outside her room all the while,
incase anything happens to Jessica, she would be there for her.
Yuri was actually very worried if Jessica could take it.
But there was nothing else Yuri could do. If her heart gets infected,
it would be way serious. Her heart valve isnt the one that everyone was born with.
Hers was an artificial one&it explains why she will get infected easily.

"Erm Ms Yuri?"
"What are you doing here?" asked butler lee who just came out of Jessica's room

"Oh?"
"Nothing, wanted to come out to grab a glass of water" lied Yuri
"By the way, how's she?"

"Oh, Ms Jessica?"
"She cant fall asleep at all with the nauseous feeling inside her" said butler lee

"Oh.."
"I'll go in&check on her then" said Yuri, trying to act as natural as possible not wanting to show how worried she was.

Walking into the room silently, she heard light sobbings coming from Jessica's bed.
Jessica was actually sobbing silently, she really kept everything to herself.
Yuri, who sighed at the sight of the stubborn girl, went to her infus&injected an anaesthetic jab into it which made Jessica turned around with her tears filled face.

"Yuri..?"

"Whats wrong?"
"Why are you crying?" asked Yuri

"I.. er.."
"Nevermind.." replied Jessica as she turned away

"You can tell me Sica.."
"I can make you feel better"
"If you dont tell, what do you want me to do?"

"I deserve all these.."
"Nevermind Yuri.."
"You go back&rest.."
"You're injured too.."

"Look, Sica"
"Dont be like this"
"I know you're feeling really unwell with all these"
"I said those because im really frustrated.." explained Yuri

Yuri cant stand seeing Jessica in pain, she cant stand seeing tears falling from Jessica's pale face.
She just couldnt stand anything anymore.

"I know.."
"Im just stupid for not knowing anything but decided to go with it"
"Not knowing if i did it, what will be laid ahead of me"
"I know you're angry at me, i know"
"Thats why you didnt come&stay with me for the past hours" said Jessica holding back her tears
"I understand everything, its all my fault"
"I deserve all these".."

"No.."
"Im sorry Sica.."
"I know you were doing it for me.."
"I know.."
"Im sorry too.." apologised Yuri sadly
"Dont keep your distance away from me"
"You'll need me more at these times.."
"I understand everything" added Yuri
"Let me help you.."

"Never.." Jessica stopped as another rush of naseous feeling hit her.

Jessica fumbled down the bed weakly with her head over the bin.
Yuri quickly went over to Jessica&held up her hair for her.

"You okay?" asked Yuri as she cupped Jessica's cheeks in her hands but tears were flowing down&landing onto Yuri's hands

"I feel super sick Yuri.." said Jessica in between sobs
"I dont like it at all"
"I promise i will take good care of myself, can you take this away from me?"
"Please..?"

"Sigh.."
"I cant Sica.."
"It will prevent any bacteria infecting your heart.."

Very much as Yuri wanted to remove it for Jessica,
but she doesnt want Jessica to be infected by any possible bacteria that would find her during the bone marrow transplant.

"I'll give you something to help with the nauseousness"
"I've injected the anaesthetic jab just now already"
"You'll fall asleep soon" assured Yuri as she helped Jessica back on bed.

The next morning, while Jessica had finally fell asleep after a long night, Yuri inserted a long-lasting catheter into one of the veins at the top of Jessica's chest gently, not wanting to wake Jessica up.
The catheter was meant for Jessica's immunotheraphy, to strengthen her immune system during the antibiotics treatment.
But, no matter how gentle Yuri was, it actually woke Jessica.

"Yuri..?"
"What.. are.." gasped Jessica when she saw the long thing that was going into her chest

"Stay still Sica"
"It wont hurt" instructed Yuri who was calmly inserting the catheter in.

Just by looking at the big needle going into her chest made felt so nervous.
How could she not stay still?

"Yuri..?"
"Im scare..ed.." stuttered Jessica

"Hmm..?"
"Dont look then, it wont hurt" promised Yuri
"I've done this before"

"How can i not look..?"
"Its on my chest.."

"Thats why i tried doing it on you while you were asleep"
"How would i know you're up" said Yuri with her eyes focused at the catheter
"Alright, all done" smiled Yuri as she put down her equipments
"It doesnt hurt at all right?"

"It doesnt.."
"But.. why did you do this?"

"Oh, remember the immunotheraphy?"
"It will be done through this"

"Immunotherapy.."
"When can i get rid of this..?"

"After around 1-2months?"
"After im sure you're free from getting the risk of infection..?" yawned Yuri tiredly

"I see.."
"Did you take care of me the whole night thats why you're so tired?" asked Jessica

"Me?"
"Probably" said Yuri as she massaged her abdomen
"Have you regretted?"

"Regretted?"

"To donate your bone marrow&now going through all these"

"A little bit..?"
"But if i were given the chance to choose again, i'll still make the same decision"
"She's your mum, Yuri"
"Mum! I wanted one so much, but dont have it.."
"You know, at least you're able to receive your mum's love from now.."
"I dont.." said Jessica sadly

"Do you wanna talk about your mum?" asked Yuri
"Its not a good idea to you know, keep everything to yourself"

"I'll tell you about it Yuri"
"Not now, im tired.." said Jessica as she snuggled back in bed

"Okay, tell me two months later then" smiled Yuri as she stood up&hung up the pack of medicine that was supposed to be used for Jessica's immunotheraphy&then connect it to the tube that was sticking out of Jessica's chest.

"Rest well"

2 months later

"ASSA!"
"Finally!" exasperated Jessica happily
"See? Told you im fine"
"You're worried over nothing"

"Its better to take precaution than to let anything bad happen"
"Plus, it will serve as a lesson to you for not listening to your personal doctor" said Yuri
"I bet everything scared the of you"

"You did it purposely to scare me, didnt you?"
"While i stupidly went along with you since you looked so worried" said Jessica while walking to her office

Jessica had actually missed 2 whole months of work, now she had finally returned back to work,
fully recharged.

"Ani"
"I was really worried, precautions&precautions" explained Yuri
"I dont want anything to happen to you"

"Forget about me"
"Talk about you, have you decided to forgive your mum&talk to her about it?"

"Err.."
"Yul, remember, she's your mum"
"You deserve a mum's love you know.."
"You better not regret it before its gone.."
"Like mine.. I didnt even have a chance to receive my mum's love before getting hated by my dad.."

"Sica..?"
"You okay..?"
"You wanna talk about it already?"
"I promised to wait for 2 months" said Yuri as she held onto Jessica's hands

"Okay.."
"But dont tell anyone about this okay..?"

"Okay, i promised"

"But if i tell you about mine"
"Promise me you'll go talk to your mum about your matters?"
"And get this cleared up"
"Okay?"

"..."
"..."

"Yuri, if you're not going to do that"
"I wont tell you about mine too" threatened Jessica

Jessica wanted Yuri to clear up whatever she had in her heart with her mum.
For the past two months, Yuri was busy with her thats why she didnt have a chance.
But now, since Jessica's good to go, she wanted Yuri to clear things up with her mum.

"But.."

"No buts, take the deal or leave it" smirked Jessica confidently

Jessica was sure that Yuri would take the deal since Yuri had been longing to hear about the incident between her mum&her.

"Fine fine!"
"Its a deal!" grumbled Yuri irritated
"You're always at an advantage when it comes to things like that"

"Too bad"
"Cause you bullied me far too much when it comes to doctor-patient relationship" pouted Jessica cutely before continuing with her work.
