"Ap..pa.." called Jessica as Mr Jung entered the room

"Easy.. Sooyeon, sit down" said Mr Jung as he walked over to Jessica's bedside

"Ap..pa.." called Jessica again as she took off her oxygen mask.

"Put it back!" scolded Mr Jung as he lightly smacked Jessica's hands
"How are you feeling now?" asked Mr Jung as he sat down beside Jessica's bed.

"Ap..pa"
"Are you.. still angry.. with me..?" asked Jessica timidly with her head looking down

Upon hearing this, Mr Jung held onto Jessica's pale face with tears filled eyes.

"Listen, Sooyeon, im sorry for being so mean to you in the past"
"Maybe even from the time you were born"
"Im sorry i left you with your mum&ignored you for the past 22.."
"years.." sighed Mr Jung
"Im sorry you gew up without any father's love" apologised Mr Jung sadly

"Ap..pa.." cried Sooyeon as she hugged onto Mr Jung tightly

Its been years that Jessica has been yearning for such love, such hug&warmth from Mr Jung.
Although she didnt say everything out so clearly, but deep inside her heart, she's been craving for it since hell know how long.

"Alright now, Sooyeon" comforted Mr Jung as he laid her back onto the hospital bed
"Stop crying already, its not good for your heart"
"Nickhun-sshi told me strong emotions are a minus to your heart condition"

"Neh.. ap..pa.." sobbed Jessica as she wiped off her tears with her infused hand.

On the other hand, Yuri who was eavesdropping outside of the room had tears secretly falling down her face too.
It was also like a dream come true for Yuri.
Yuri had been praying for Jessica, hoping that Mr Jung could shower her some love.
Till now, the dream had finally come for both Yuri&Jessica.
But, the thing is, Yuri still didnt have any good feelings toward Mr Jung.
She couldnt understand that why only must it be when Jessica's so sick, on the verge of dying is he then worried.
Yuri was worrying, what if, what if after the surgery, Jessica had recovered, will Mr Jung treat her badly again?

Everyone knows Jessica's heart condition couldnt be fully recovered unless a heart implant is made.
However, looking for a heart implant is like looking for a needle in the wide ocean.
So in order to extend the lifespan of patient like Jessica, artificial tissue heart valves&mechanical heart valves are made.

"Hey Yuri"
"A penny for your thoughts?" called Nickhun as he stood beside Yuri with a wide grin

"Oh you're here oppa" smiled Yuri as she wiped off the tears

"Why are you crying?"
"Are you hurt or sick?" asked Nickhun worriedly as he spinned Yuri around to check if she's fine

"Kwenchaena oppa!" replied Yuri with a slight playful smack on Nickhun's arm
"I was just touched by Sica&her dad"
"Im like really happy that Sica had patched up with her dad"
"But.."

"But..?"

"Im afraid Sica's dad sudden realisation last for only this small period when he thought he was going to lose Sica"
"If Sica's gonna recover after this, will her dad forget all this&make her overwork herself like now..?" uttered Yuri with plenty of worries in her tone

"Yuri, you know"
"We cant always expect everything to be so perfect"
"Even if its gonna be for now, we'll just enjoy the moment"
"Cherish what we have now" smiled Nickhun

"I guess you're right" agreed Yuri
"Hey oppa, Sica's birthday is coming up"
"Can we have a mini celebration in the hospital?"

"Celebration?"
"Celebration means party right?" questioned Nickhun as he raised his eyebrows

"When is it?"
"Her surgery's next week.."
"She shouldnt be too tired you know.."

"Probably some jewellery or something?"
"Or vitamins?" giggled Tiffany playfully

"Im serious! What vitamins!"
"So insulting!"

"You said she is celebrating it in the hospital what.."
"Give her vitamin pills to get her healthy!" explained Tiffany innocently

"What if she's gotten something that cant be easily cured or cured"

Everyone was getting busier with the preparations for Jessica's surprise party.
Jessica on the other hand was so weak that she was actually sleeping most of the time.
Not knowing whether is she really weak or that the medicine was doing that to her,
making her falling asleep all the time.
While she was sleeping her days through, the rest of the people are busy preparing,
everyone was in charge of different category.
Soon enough, Jessica's birthday had arrived.

Early in the morning, while everyone was getting everything in order,
Tiffany&Taeyeon's voice appeared on the morning radio progamme.

"Tippani&Taeyeon-sshi" greeted the DJ

"I heard you girls are from the famous Kim&Hwang holdings"
"So what brings you here?" interviewed the DJ

"Well, we're actually here to surprise our friend for her birthday"
"She's pretty sick right now, lying in the hospital bed" explained Taeyeon

"So we wanna celebrate her birthday, at the same time wishing her a speedy recovery" added Tiffany with a nod

"We actually came here, intending to sing a song for her"
"And, hoping that the listeners out there would help us out"

"We've heard that twitter is really popular in Korea nowadays"
"So i hope everyone out there could just do us a small favour" added Tiffany with a cute giggle

"Well, im sure our listeners would be gladly to do that"

"While you girls sing" smiled the DJ
"What do you girls intend to sing then?"

"Its not only for Jessica, but also the patients that are in all over the world, or anyone who needs this song badly"

"I hope your friend recovers soon!"

"We hope so too!"
"Thanks for listening&allowing us to come on to this radio broadcast!"

"Anyeong unnie,  anyeong listeners!" giggled Tiffany&Taeyeon

After they left the broadcast station, the two girls were diligently monitoring the trends for twitter in Korea.
Within minutes, #HappyJungJessicaDay got into the top 10 trends.

On the car to the hospital, Taeyeon&Tiffany's eyes were glued to their smartphones.
While their index fingers, repeating the same action again&again.
Refreshing the trend page using their index fingers.
Soon, they've finally reached the hospital, still with their eyes&fingers glued to their smartphones.

"YAH!" exclaimed Yuri who was waiting for the two of them
"What were you all doing?"
"Taking so long!" complained Yuri as she pushed the two of them towards the door of Jessica's ward.
"Put this on!" instructed Yuri as she issued them a party hat each

"Well, we're making a surprise" explained Taeyeon as she put on her party hat

"Yup, since we dont what to gift her"
"We're trying to make a surprise for her" smiled Tiffany
"So, yup we're done"
"Have you gotten the sound system ready?"

"Of course!" smiled Yuri confidently as she passed the microphone over to Taeyeon&Tiffany
"Do a good job!"

"Ahem"

"Everyone in National Seoul University Hospital"
"We hope we're not disturbing anyone of you!" greeted Taeyeon&Tiffany cheerfully
"Today's a special day for our dear friend"

"Its her.."

"BIRTHDAY TODAY!"

"Well, alright, just give us a few more minutes"
"We'll give you peace in the hospital" giggled Taeyeon dorkily

After they ended the speech, everyone entered Jessica's ward.
With Yuri holding the birthday cake, following behind is Taeyeon&Tiffany then Mr Jung&Mrs Kwon.

"WOOHOOO~" cheered Tiffany as she ran over to give Jessica a big warm hug

"I really.. didnt know.. you all would.. have done.. this.." said Jessica in between gasps, on the verge of tears

"If we had let you know, it wouldnt have been called a surprise!" said Yuri as she slightly pinched Jessica's pale cheeks

"And Jessica, we didnt know what to gift you.."

"Ani.."
"You dont.. have to.. give me.. anything.." smiled Jessica widely behind her oxygen mask

"We didnt get you anything.." chuckled Taeyeon
"But we think we did something stupid"

"Hahas, thinking back"
"I think we really did, Taetae" giggled Tiffany as she brought out her smartphone&showed it to Jessica
"Its the latest app, twitter"
"We went on radio just now, requested people to trend your day"
"And now, its on the top 10"

"Sica-ah, i didnt know your birthday could be trended nationwide!" teased Yuri playfully

"Sooyeon, seungchukahae!" congratulated Mr Jung as he handed Jessica a box.

"What.. is.. this..?" asked Jessica curiously

"Open it only when you've finished your surgery" winked Mr Jung

"Its nothing much" said Mrs Kwon as she passed a little box to Jessica
"Well, its a rare Aquamarine gem"
"I own a gem company.. so yup" smiled Mrs Kwon

"Dont thank me"
"Just get well soon to repay my gem" smirked Mrs Kwon

"And here's mine!" said Yuri proudly as she took off Jessica's oxygen mask&landed her lips with Jessica's.
