Foreword

                The boy was standing in the rain as he looked at the one he loved disappear with his past. The two people sat near the window, and smiled as they talked. They were unaware that the one they both cared for was watching them. They didn’t know that the boy loved the man, and that his past was still in love with the boy. The boy watched; drop after drop fell on his soul. Each laugh caused him to grow cold. He wanted to weep and melt away with the rain, but he knew that wasn’t an option. What could he do? Nothing; he could do nothing, but do what he had planned to do all those days before. Before he met the one that owned his heart, and when his past left him.

                His twin brother looked for him. He had gotten word that his brother’s past was going to talk to the man to convince him to leave his brother alone. He knew that despite his brother’s constant denial of loving the man were untrue. He knew that if he saw the two together his heart could not bear it, and his brother may do something he shouldn’t. Something that the twin feared would happen before.

                “Hello,” The boy said into his phone. His spirit was crushed. He had no reason to live. Everyone he loved left him, and betrayed him. They always left a whole in his heart, and nothing could fill it. He was broken beyond repair.

                “Hyung, Where are you! I have to tell you something. Please…don’t do anything until I find you!” His twin said. His voice was frantic, worried, and on the edge of sounding crazy. He could feel his twin thinking the unthinkable. He started feeling guilty for introducing them to each other. I should have never done that, he thought. The phone was silent; no response from the boy.

                “I’m sorry…you have the wrong number,” he said hanging up the phone. The boy was going to do it. He was going to end his life. The life that _{meant so little to him,} but the world to everyone that met him. He couldn’t see the impact he had on people. Even a few words of engorgement that he’d give some random classmate made a difference. He didn’t know how important he was.
