Short Plot: Rain is the current leader of the "Underground"; What is the "Underground" you ask? It's an a part of Seoul that's in the middle of the slums. One of the most dangerous places with the most dangerous people. Rain kept everyone in check. He had the most power and the most money, he could bend gangs backwards. However one day he suddenly disappears. No one knows what happened not even his elites. News of his disappearance spread fast. If Rain was out of the picture that opened up the playing field again. Now everyone from the corners of Busan to Jeju Island are headed to Seoul to claim the title as "Leaders of the Underground". Korea is thrown into panic, the streets cannot be roamed around and casualties are becoming a daily thing. What's going to happen to Seoul? Could North Korea be somehow involved in this? Only one person knows the answers...
