Taeyeon quickly left her room and leave Jessica alone. She run down the stairs and head right straight to the kitchen.

 

Without noticing it, the corners of her lips curled up, forming a smile as she saw Tiffany with a pink hello kitty apron while preparing the ingredients.

 

'Aish jinjja... She's so cute... Neomu yeppeo~...'

 

Tiffany, on the other hand has her teeth unconsciously clenched together while she was cutting the onion on the chop board.

 

The scene of Taeyeon and Jessica's skinship at the bed she witnessed not long ago kept replaying inside her head and strange as it may seem... She felt angry. So betrayed... And so jealous.

 

"Pani..." Taeyeon called, wearing a little smile on her face.

 

Tiffany looked up from what she was doing and looked at Taeyeon with her eyes narrowing in anger.

 

'Come on Tiffany. Act cool... She doesn't have to know that you’re jealous. Wait---Jealous? Huh me jealous? What am I talking about? I'm not jealous. Duh~ why would I be jealous? Because of Jessica? Oh come on~ I'm not jealous. I'm just surprised... Yeah yeah... Just surprise... I saw them in bed... Taeyeon was on top of Jessica. Her hands were all over Jessica's body. Who wouldn't be jealous right? Err I mean surprised!'

 

Tiffany took a deep breath before her narrowed eyes turned into like crescent moons-- a fake eye smile.

 

'Come on Tiffany... Play it cool... You're just surprised...'

 

"Oh hi Tae..." she greeted while wearing a fake smile, trying to look relax and natural though the truth is... she's fuming.

 

'Grr... Why am I feeling this way? I hate this feeling! I hate this! I hate you Kim cheater! I hate you for making me feel so...so jealous!'

 

Taeyeon smiles in relief after seeing Tiffany's breathtaking smile.

 

'Aigoo... Gladly she's not mad... I don't want her to think that there's something going on between Jessica and I. I love Jessica as a sister. As my little pretty dongsaeng. Without malice. While I look on Tiffany differently. Pure of malice... Kekeke look at those melons... Ooh so sexy... Waah... I mean I look at her with love. She's the only girl who can make me feel like there were fireworks inside my chest with just her simple smile...'

 

She sat on the chair in front of Tiffany, put her chin over her palms and watched Tiffany while cutting the onions.

 

She just kept staring at her for a while, mesmerized and awestruck at the beauty before her.

 

Dugeun. Dugeun. Dugeun.

 

'Aish... My heart~ it’s amazing how she can make my heart thud like this...'

 

Tiffany glanced at Taeyeon. She rolled her eyes when she was the pair of eyes staring at her.

 

"Stop staring. It's freaking me out. You're making me feel so conscious of myself"

 

Taeyeon smiles. "I can't help myself. You are so beautiful ~. You’re making me fall in love with you more and more each minutes passing by" she bluntly said, holding back the whipped Tae and instead acting confident.

 

'Huh.. Talkshi*! Stop lying you cheater! You love me but you were flirting with Jessica? Huh. I'm not numb... I know there's something between the two of you!'

 

Tiffany faked a smile as she lifts her right hand that was holding the knife.

 

Taeyeon gulped.

 

"Yah Pani... Don't point that knife to me..."

 

Tiffany rolled her eyes. She started cutting the other ingredients with hard and angry movements.

 

Everytime the knife will hit the chop board; the impact produces heavy dull sounds.

 

"Pani..."

 

"Why?" Tiffany glanced at Taeyeon. "What are you doing here? Go back to your girl friend"

 

"Jessica is just a friend... My best friend..."

 

Tiffany raised a brow.

 

"You might think that there's something too intimate between the two of us..."

 

"Why would I? I don't care even if you have dozen of girl friends~" she coldly replied.

 

"Jessica is not my girl friend. She's my childhood best friend. Our parents are friends. We grew up together and I love her like a younger sister..."

 

"Sister?" Tiffany said sarcastically.

 

'Huh... Sister? You were on top of her body and your telling me that she's like a sister to you? Huh sister your face!'

 

"Yeah... Just a sister... I'm in love with no one else but you~ I never felt this way before with anyone else. I love you... I love everything about you... I love how you smile, you talk, you walk... The way you call my name, your sweet husky voice... You're the only person who can make me feel so whip... The only person that can make me sweat with just a single touch... I love it when you tease me though I'm feeling nervous, I still like it... I know I love you since the first time we met..."

 

Tiffany who was intently listening at Taeyeon can't help but to smile. She stares directly at Taeyeon's eyes, trying to read if the latter was just lying or not.

 

There were butterflies inside her stomach and she felt like her heart will be exploding because of Taeyeon's cheesiness.

 

'Urgh... This dork... She can easily make my anger fades away... Haist... What is this I'm feeling? Is this really---love?'

 

"Umm... Taeyeon, tell me the truth, okay?"

 

Taeyeon attentively nods her head.

 

"You...and Jessica. What is she to you?"

 

"A sister. My little sister"

 

"But you were so close to each other~"

 

Taeyeon grinned as she lifts her brow. "Why? Are you jealous? Hmm?"

 

"What? Me? Jealous? Huh" Tiffany frantically shakes her head. "Of course not! Why would I be jealous?"

 

"Cause you love me too?"

 

"I- I don't love you!!" she lied.

 

'Gosh! Why am I stammering? I supposed to be the one teasing her and not the other way around.. Aish...'

 

"Really?" Taeyeon grin remains. "Just admit it. You're jealous, right? You're jealous because you love me too..."

 

"Huh... Don't be so assuming" Tiffany can't look straight at Taeyeon's direction.

 

Taeyeon smiles. "Believe me Tippani, Jessica is just a friend to me. I love her... but not as much as I love you. Just trust me okay? Jessica is really like that. She's clingy cause we're...sisters" she shrugs. "I love you Tippani Hwang~"

 

Tiffany showed a little smile, trying not to lose her composure though actually, she can feel her heart was throbbing hard at her chest.

 

'Aish... So this is love?... This is the feeling of being in love?'

 

"Okay. I'll trust you Taeyeon---"

 

"Yah Taeyeon ah...." Jessica's dolphin scream interrupted Tiffany from talking.

 

The two both looked up and saw Jessica running down the stairs.

 

"You’re taking so long... What are you doing here?" Jessica asked as she reached the kitchen.

 

She casually sat on Taeyeon's lap and lean her head against Taeyeon's chest.

 

Tiffany's eyes, yet again, widens at the sight.

 

"Yah Sica..." Taeyeon whined, trying to carefully push Jessica off of her lap but Jessica remained sitting there, not even shifting.

 

"Tiff just tell me if Taeyeon is disturbing you here, alright? She's really childish..." Jessica glances at Tiffany.

 

Tiffany faked a smile. "Well, she's actually disturbing me..."

 

"Oh my Taengoo..."Jessica turned her head then playfully tap Taeyeon's nose. "Let's go back to your room Taeyeon ah.. Stop disturbing Tiffany here..."

 

'My Taengoo?? Argh!!'

 

'My Taengoo?? What???!!'

 

"Yah what are you saying there Sica?"

 

"What? You're my Taengoo right? And I'm your Sica chu" Jessica smiles.

 

Tiffany can't control her flare of rage. She tightly gripped the knife and cut the garlic, accidentally hitting her own finger.

 

"Ouch!!" Tiffany hissed, blowing air to her aching finger.

 

"What the--" Taeyeon worriedly look at Tiffany. Her eyes widens when she saw the blood dripping from Tiffany's finger.

 

She quickly pushes Jessica off of her lap then rushed to check on Tiffany.

 

"What did you do to yourself? Aish jinnja!" Taeyeon worriedly check on the cut at Tiffany's finger. She then glances at Jessica.

 

"Sica kindly get the alcohol and bandage in my room" she commanded.

 

Jessica who was also worrying about Tiffany's finger quickly followed and run upstairs.

 

"May I see..." Taeyeon carefully holds Tiffany's hand but Tiffany pulled it away.

 

"I'm okay. It's just a little cut..."

 

"Little cut? It's bleeding, can't you see?! Come let's just go to the nearest clinic"

 

"It's okay... Remember I'm a medical student. This is nothing"

 

"Aish it's not nothing" Taeyeon gently holds Tiffany's hand again. She looks at the little bleeding cut in Tiffany's finger before she slid it on her mouth.

 

"Yah!" Tiffany's eyes widen. "What are you doing Tae...."

 

Taeyeon sucked on Tiffany's bleeding finger before she finally released it.

 

"I heard that this is the best way to stop the bleeding of a wound..." she said then bit her lower lip.

 

Tiffany looked at the cut at her finger and Taeyeon was right, it was not bleeding anymore.

 

"See?" Taeyeon arrogantly said. "I'm cool, right?"

 

'Aish... This dork...'

 

"Thank you~"

 

Tiffany stares at Taeyeon's face and saw the little blood on Taeyeon's lips.

 

She smiles, before she leaned in then gave a very light peck on Taeyeon's lips.

 

Taeyeon's eyes widen. Her hand trembles as she gently touches her lips.

 

"You... You kissed me?..."

 

Tiffany smirks before she shook her head.

 

"No... I just remove the blood in your lips" she said then winks.

 

Taeyeon was chuckling while shaking her head. "Aish... You stole my first kiss..."

 

"Your first kiss? Jinjja? Poor Taeyeon ah... I don't know that you haven't been kissed before you poor thing..." she teased then tapped Taeyeon's cheek. "Don't worry, that won't be your last kiss." she said seductively, smiling sexily at Taeyeon.

 

"Taeyeon ah... I already found the alcohol and bandage..." Jessica yelled while running down the stairs.

 

"Here she goes again... Always interrupting us..." Taeyeon whispers to Tiffany.

 

"She's acting like your girl friend..."

 

"I told you. She's clingy~ Try me... I know what she's going to do when she reach us"

 

"What?"

 

"She's going to hook her arm on my arm..."

 

"Let's see..."

 

"Here Taengoo..." Jessica handed Taeyeon the alcohol and bandage then she intertwined her arm on the latter's.

 

Taeyeon and Tiffany looked at each other's eyes.

 

"I told you..." Taeyeon mouthed.

 

Then they both laughed.
