My 72nd Shutter: Discussion of Mini World Tour Concert
Love with a Shutter
As soon as we reached the company, we went into the conference room. The planning team was already in there with Rachel unnie.
We now lack CEO Hong, well, he probably has got something to say before the whole brainstorm starts.
We waited for him to enter the conference room.
A couple of minutes later, he arrived.
“I am really glad that the girls are producing such good results and I am glad to announce that they are going to be having a Mini World Tour Concert.
Planning head, you have to make sure these girls are able to go to their desired places for the concert. Treat it as a reward and special permission from me but be cautious of the media.” He said.
We smiled and thanked CEO Hong, “Kamsahamnida, we wouldn't disappoint you.” I said, representing the team.
“Okay, you all may start the planning. I am looking forward to the schedule.” He said and then left.
The planning team started explaining the different concepts that they thought would suit us.
There's a 'Sunshine' concept, a 'Mythology' concept and so on and so forth.
“Since it is going to be a Mini Concert, we would be combining it with the fan-sign session. And then after the concert, you three would be having public fan-sign the next day.” One of the oppa from the planning team said.
We nodded.
“Which country would you three like to visit first?” The planning team head asked.
I looked at the members and we all agreed that Singapore is our desired First stop for the Mini World Tour Concert.
“Singapore? That's a really unique choice. I mean, most artistes are looking forward to going to the States. However you three chose an asian country.” The planning head asked, she does have lots of experience in planning and organizing concerts.
We smiled, “Well, Chae Rin and Soo Ah are both half-American so the States is their hometown. As for me, I spent my Junior and Secondary School days there so it holds a lot of valuable memories there.” I explained.
“I see.” The planning head unnie nodded her head.
“We have friends in Singapore too. And hence, we wanted to actually have the chance to visit them there.The documentary was showed that other day when we debuted, it actually hadn't covered everything.” Soo Ah said.
“Sure, you girls can visit and stay longer in Singapore then. Zann, do take note.” Rachel said.
Zann was the planning team head's name.
“Got it Rachel.” She said.
The two of them are actually best friends.
“Team, start coming up with a suitable date. Rachel, their passports are with you isn't it? I need the due dates so as to ensure them to be able to get out of the country without any problem.” Zann said.
Rachel then work with the planning team, we went to meet up our individual seonsaeng-nim.
Soo Ah was with the rap seonsaeng-nim and he listened to the recording that Soo Ah recorded the other day.
My seonsaeng-nim heard my recording as well and she commented that it was good.
However, we added in some other elements to make the overall music sound better.
Violin was added and hence I would be doing another recording soon.
Chae Rin kind of discussed with the dance seonsaeng-nim on how to further improved the dance steps that she choreographed.
At 1300, it was lunch time and hence we stopped everything and head to the cafeteria to have out meal.
We saw BTOB sunbaenim and hence we went over to greet them.
"Annyeonghaseyo." We greeted and bowed.
"Annyeonghaseyo." They greeted back.
"Soo Ah, thank you for you key chain. It's nice." DongGeun said.
"I am glad you liked it." Soo Ah replied.
We then sat down together to have a meal.
Through the conversation we had, we knew each other better and our relationship got closer.
1400, we were back to our individual practice rooms to practcie on our own and then meet up once again at 1530.
Rachel unnie got us back to the conference room and showed us the finalised Singapore Concert Schedule!

"Wow, 15th of September? That's really fast!" Soo Ah said, she was expecting it to be near year-end.
"Actually, we do have enough time to practice and even think of other special items." Chae Rin said.
"Indeed, I think this timing is good as well. A saturday concert, the students wouldn't be rushing too." I said.
"Exactly, so you girls are okay? Then we are really going to be planning and contacting the organisers over at Singapore." Rachel unnie said.
I nodded, "Sure, if you need a translator, I could help." I said.
Rachel smiled, "Thank your darling but we are definitely okay with arranging the event out." She said, assuring me.
I smiled.
"Are you girls still continuing with the practice?" Rachel asked.
I looked at the girls, we were pretty tired already, "Aniyo, unnie. I guess we should head back home." I said.
Rachel understood, "Ne. Zann, I am leaving." She said to her bestie before leaving.
"Oppadeul, unniedeul, Annyeong-hi gyeseyo." We said and left.
*Translation: Annyeong-hi gyeseyo means goodbye*
The fan-meeting session schedule had also been already set.
"Date: 16th of September, Sunday
Time: 1500
Venue: Lot 1, Level 5 Roof Garden
Limit: 4500 Albums (Regardless Black/White versions, Pre-debut albums would have a signed poster signed as well)
Nature of Fan-sign session:
1. Autograph on album(s)
2. Hand shake with fans
3. Personally presenting autographed posters to the fans who bought the Pre-debut album.
Ticketing detial: Free to Public. "
We were discussing about it, "4500 albums, I wish we could finish signing for all of them." Chae Rin said.
"I guess it would be alright. Since it is regardless of whether black or white versions." Soo Ah said.
"But what if all the fans had two versions or even three including the pre-debut version? It would rather unfair to the rest behind." I said.
"Well, the fans who bought the pre-debut would have autographed poster from us isn't it? Then those without it..." Soo Ah thought it was unfair as the pre-debut albums were limited in quantity.
"Why not give them photographs? I mean, small little instantgram photos that we take on that day or even the concert itself. We could give them to lucky fans or maybe children." Chae Rin suggested.
I nodded, "Good idea! I had my instagram with me!" I said and I went to look for it.
Back, "Hey girls, let's try out!" I said and we posed for the picture.
Soon, the picture came out, "Pretty good!" I said and we wrote a short caption on it with a permanent marker.
"To all MyStiCs, we promise to make you proud." I wrote and I pinned it up on the board.
"We shall motivate ourselves by this!" I said.
"Guess we need to get the film for the instantgram." Chae Rin reminded.
"Ne, I will get it after school on Monday." I said.
We took individual selca and then kept them together after signing.
