B2STiCal, finally they all will be showcasing what they have been practiced!
The MC of the day is rotated between KiKwang, DooJoon and YoSeob, Chae Rin and Soo Ah.
DooJoon and YoSeob were the first pair of MC to introduce the opening item brought to us by Chae Rin and KiKwang!
The y 'TroubleMaker' Dance really heats up the whole stage!
“Next up! Our rappers would be having a rap battle.. Wait, rap battle?” YoSeob created the suspense.
“Ne! Let's clap our hands for JunHyung and Soo Ah!” DooJoon announced and the rappers were already in their positions.
JunHyung and Soo Ah are facing each others' back and there seems to be a storyline for the rap.
There was some rap-singing by JunHyung oppa as well. The two of them really made the best rap pairing!
Next, Soo Ah sang the song written by JunHyung with HyunSeung, named, “When Love knocks the Door”.
It was a really sweet song and Soo Ah's voice was really nice!
Then, KiKwang took over YoSeob's mic, “Now, we are going to be singing 'without our handphone'.” He said.
“Really? Is there really a song like this?” DooJoon asked.
“Ne! Let's open our ears and listen to Payphone!” Once KiKwang stop saying, the music played.
Chae Rin and YoSeob sang 'Payphone'. The girl started and YoSeob finally had the chance to rap. Guess he sought help from JunHyung or DooJoon.
The music was a really good arrangement, with the rap being in a slower timing and the whole music slightly altered to let both of them sing to their fullest.
Then, Chae Rin took over the mic from DooJoon.
KiKwang, Chae Rin and Soo Ah were the MCs and they talked more as we are having some technical difficulties.
It's really good to have them interacting and, really, the three of them were so good in hosting.
And then, it's DongWoon and I with our Violin Duo, 'Ave Maria'. Despite the technical difficulties that we faced just now, after changing the microphones, we finally could deliver our best performance.
Lastly, DooJoon oppa and I had our Piano Duo as the last performance. It was a soothing ending for the whole show.
And, for the very final, we sang 'On Rainy Days' together once again as, this was the song that brought all of us together.
The whole recording ended and we all gathered backstage. We signed our signature on a limited number of merchandises for the show to be given to lucky fans.
And it was lunch time!
DongWoon oppa checked my lunchbox for me, I was really touched by his actions, “Oppa, komawo.” I said.
“It's an honor darling.” He said.
Soo Ah and JunHyung sat together, “Soo Ah, what happened to your finger?” JunHyung noticed a cut on Soo Ah's index finger.
“Oh, I was scratched by the kitten yesterday. Gwaenchana, maljjanghaeyo.” Soo Ah replied.
“Jinjja an apayo?” JunHyung asked.
*Translations: Jinjja an apayo? Means 'It really aren't hurting?' *
“Ne, na jinjja an apayo.” Soo Ah replied.
JunHyung left a kiss on the finger,“Na simtonghaeyo.” He said.
*Translations: Na simtonghaeyo means 'My heart aches.' *
Soo Ah looked at him, “Oppa~ gwaenchana~” She felt guilty for making JunHyung worried for her.
“Aigoo~~~” YoSeob teased, “You two.. Hello~~? We are still alive here, can you two be mindful?” He said jokingly.
We are all glad that these two were finally getting along well better.
We had fruits after lunch while having some free time to chat along.
However, we would have to be back at the company soon.
The concert is coming and we got to be preparing well for it. The first stop was to be confirmed at Singapore and the tickets were all sold out.
“Hwaiting! You girls will be able to do very well.” YoSeob said before we got up into the van.
Our practice started with getting us into the mindset while on the way to the company in the van.
Rachel unnie gave us peace and we were all quiet in the van, thinking about the dance steps, the lyrics, all those feelings and also, our individual special item.
Once we got back to the company, we started with doing warm-up exercises for at half an hour, so as to ensure that we do not get hurt during the practices so easily.
We started with practicing the dance steps for 'Mythology' and 'Twinkle' for about two hours and then Chae Rin went on practicing for her individual dance item.
Soo Ah and I sat down and looked at Chae Rin as we catch a breathe and to also prepare for our individual item.
I left the room and went into another practice room and started practicing piano. I got my scores ready and started playing once I got into the mood.
I added some skills-needed techniques into the music and continued fine-tuning it with more and more practices.
Soo Ah was at the rooftop practicing as that was a favourite usual spot and she could be rapping at her fullest while practicing there.
We then meet each other when it was nearing dinner time to have dinner. Just a light dinner, something to provide us with energy to continue our practices.
I told Soo Ah to stop rapping as I heard that her voice was a little hoarser than just now.
She obeyed and we practiced as a team for a few more times before we go back to the dormitory.
The next few days, we had language lessons to revise and to practice more on what could be said during the concert.
Also, we planned a special group item that is to be performed solely for the concert and not for the autograph session.
Time was spent just practicing all over and all over again.
Oppadeul and unniedeul from various groups came to visit during their free time and they really made us felt loved.
B2ST oppadeul was the first group to visit and they got energy drinks and food for us during the afternoons before they go for the filming for Music Bank.
And then, the next group was SHINee. Taemin gave me a call and asked when were we free so I told him during dinner time which is 8pm.
SHINee's Key and Taemin came and we were quite surprised.
“Apples or strawberries?” Key asked, the group got fruits for us.
“Aww, jinjja komapsumnida.” Chae Rin said and we enjoyed the fruits together as there's quite a lot.
Both of them gave us tips on how to present more on stage, “Well, it might not be that applicable to you girls as we are males, probably you girls can seek advices from other female groups.” Taemin said.
“Ne, Kamsahamnida.” I said.
We sent them off and continued with practices.
The next day was as though an open house or something, many different groups came by to visit us at the dormitory to show us their support.
SNSD unniedeul came, all 9 of them! We are really honoured to have them with us!
“Unniedeul, please have some fruits.” I placed two plates of fruits on the table, there was twelve of us in the house, the most number of people we ever had in the whole dormitory for the first time so far.
Luckily the dormitory was considered large and all of us sat down comfortably.
I was sitting in between Yoona unnie and SeoHyun unnie, Chae Rin was with HyoYeon unnie and Yuri unnie, Soo Ah was in betwen Tiffany unnie and Sunny unnie.
SeoHyun and Yoona unnie knew that I needed polaroid films and so they bought us that!
“Aww, kamsahamnida unniedeul.” I hugged both of them.
“We are glad that you need it.” Yoona unnie said.
We chatted along while discussing the different tips when performing on stage, unniedeul really gave us great tips and they even showed us how to apply it by giving us examples.
“Unniedeul, jeongmal neomu neomu Kamsahamnida.” We thanked them wholeheartedly and then we kind of slowly drifted to a lighter topic.
“To be enjoying on stage would be the main thing when you perform because, if you enjoy your own performance, you are telling your audience to enjoy the performance as well.” Tiffany said.
HyoYeon unnie gave Chae Rin some tips on dancing and then soon after that they had to leave.
We took photographs together before they leave.
Awhile after they left, EXO-K came by to visit.
Chanyeol oppa, SeHun oppa, BaekHyun oppa D.O. oppa and Kai dongsaeng. SeHun had filming that day.
“Annyeonghaseyo oppadeul.” We greeted.
Kai stepped in and said, “Unniedeul, we promised to come to visit and we are just in time. We heard that your concert is just round the corner isn't it?” Kai started the topic.
“Ne. ” I said.
It was Chae Rin's turn to prepare drinks for the guests this time round.
D.O. and Soo Ah had similar topics to talk about and I simply got along well with everyone.
SuHo oppa video-called the EXO-M members and we had a conversation together.
As though the whole EXO was present together in the same room, though the M team isn't present physically but still their voices expressed strong sense of presence.
I had a chat with Lay oppa and Chen oppa, while Chae Rin had a chat with LuHan oppa and XiuMin oppa.
Soo Ah chatted a little with Kris oppa and Tao oppa. And then Chae Rin continued the chat.
We kind of felt better after being able to chat with them and to relax a little after the hectic training yesterday.
Of course, picture time are not forgotten. We took pictures with individual members and more.
Polaroids are definitely really useful. We place the photos on our notice board which is dedicated for all these photographs taken.
Chae Rin and ChanYeol had an aegyo challenge to see who could pose the cutest pose and well, Chanyeol oppa had to admit defeat.
I promised oppadeul to scan the pictures and to send it to them.
“Ne, I guess we shall leave now, you girls should have the rest.” SeHun oppa said and we sent them off to the door.
Afterwards, someone else knocked on the door once again.
“Nuga?” I asked, I am in my room sorting out the polaroid pictures.
*Translations: Nuga? Means 'Who is it?' *
Chae Rin responded, “Unnie! Come out! Super Junior oppadeul are here.” She said and greeted them as she welcomes them all into the house.
I went out as fast as I can, “Oppadeul, annyeonghaseyo.” I greeted.
“Annyeong Min Ah.” Ryeowook oppa said with a sweet smile.
“Annyeong Chae Rin.” KyuHyun gave a light pat on Chae Rin's head.
We all took our seats, “We knew SNSD and EXO dongsaengdeul have visited and hence we came to visit you girls as well. I know that this is going to be your first concert, do well and we will be supporting you girls.” Lee Teuk oppa said.
“Ne arrasso. Kamsahamnida oppa. Oppa, we watched you and Sora sunbaenim on 'We Got Married', chukhahamnida.” I said.
“Ne~ komawo.” Lee Teuk smiled.
“Look at him, he is so so happy when people mention Sora hyeongsu.” EunHyuk .
*Translations: Hyeongsu means Sister-in-law*
“To think that the four of us fought hard to kill the awkwardness for them at first.” KyuHyun added on.
“Ne oppa, we watched the four of you as Hwaiting Junior, that was really cute.” Chae Rin said.
“Dancing Time!” EunHyuk said to allow us to refresh our memories regarding that scene.
“Okay, enough said. How are the practices going on girls? Is it too stressful? Can you girls handle it?” Lee Teuk asked.
“Ne..” I said, well, these days really were tiring.
“Not coping that well?” KyuHyun asked.
“Aniyo, just that, it's tired. I mean, we have accepted the fact already, don't worry, we will be fine. Just a little sleep-derived.” Chae Rin explained.
Sungmin oppa was sitting beside Soo Ah, “Soo Ah gwaenchanayo? We see that you are still actively participating in variety shows last week.” He asked.
“Ne oppa, I am fine, thank you for your concern.” Soo Ah replied.
We followed each other on a common social website what we used and commented on each others' wall. Plus, uploaded a really hard-to-capture image.
KangIn oppa doesn't know us that us and so we did an introduction among the four of us.
After that, oppadeul left and we had time to take a break.
We all lied down on the floor, lying beside each other, “Unnie, how long do you think we will be together for as a team?” Soo Ah asked.
“Waeyo? Aren't we already together for quite a long time?” I asked.
“Adding up the years, we knew each other for like four years already.” Chae Rin said.
“I mean, as a team, as MyStiCal. Some groups had disputes and quarreled and even disbanded.” Soo Ah said, “Of course, it's rare for the three of us to be having disputes but still, performing as a team, we would need to be receiving lots of love from our fans.” She said.
We agreed on this point, “Our fans love us for our music and also, I believe that, as long as we have the mindset to be staying for as long as possible, we will be able to.” I said.
“Look at SNSD unniedeul, they are together for five years already. Many critiqued, many loved, they continued on doing what they should do and they are considered successful.” Chae Rin expressed her thoughts.
“Ne majayo. We might not have been critiqued yet but, be really careful of what we are saying and doing.” I reminded them and of course, myself once again.
“Ne unnie. We shall be together for as long as possible. Even if we are no longer able to sing or rap on stage, we would still be together no matter what.” Soo Ah said and we made our promise.
The concert would be really coming soon! Fasten the clock a little and the girls are now getting ready to leave for their very first Mini Concert Performance in Singapore!
