Jongwoon?

 ***Note***: This is a double update, so please read Chpater 11 if haven't :3

“Jongwoon?” Ryeowook whispered quietly as he closed the hospital room door behind him.
The room was awfully quiet, except for the comforting beeping sound of the heart monitor that reassured Ryeowook that his lover was still alive.

Ryeowook held back a sob when he saw the horrible state Jongwoon was in. But at least he was still alive, right?
All of Jongwoon’s cuts were treated and bandaged professionally, but he looked pale. Really pale.
He was connected to so many wires that were attached to the heart monitor and the IV.

He slowly approached the other’s side, and gently sat down on a chair by the bed.

“Jongwoon. Ryeowook misses you, you know?” the younger said softly, gently threading his fingers through the elder’s small ones, but the other’s hand was so cold, it made Ryeowook doubt that he was still even alive.

“Jongwoonie hasn’t talked to Wookie for a whole week now. Jongwoonie should wake up now. A week is too long.” Ryeowook sniffled, pressing the elder’s small hands against his cheek, turning his head slightly to kiss the palm.

“I bought you a friend for company when I’m not able to come.” Ryeowook said, quickly wiping hastily away at some tears that managed to force its way through his eyes.
He reached down to his back pack, and pulled out his stuffed giraffe.

He gently tucked the stuffed animal beneath the elder’s arm snuggly.

“He’ll keep you company when I’m not here. He’s a good friend.” Ryeowook smiled softly, and reached up to brush some dark bangs away from the elder’s closed eyes.

Ryeowook stared down at the elder’s fragile frame.
He missed the small hands that danced across the younger’s skin lightly whenever they kissed, or how Jongwoon would always bring out his worst flaws just to see Ryeowook smile again when he was down.

“Ryeowook loves you very much, Jongwoon. He will do anything for you. He will kill whoever did this to you, and take revenge. You will be so proud of him.” Ryeowook said, gently running his thumb down a scar on the elder’s milky white face, a glint of hate and sinisterness shone in his golden brown eyes.

Someone so beautiful, handsome, and perfect, should be left unharmed, and protected. Jongwoon was like a black butterfly; Delicate, elegant, and beautiful, but yet still strong and mysterious.

“Does Jongwoonie miss Wookie? Does Woon love me anymore?” Ryeowook cried, wiping his tears away angrily. “If you do, please wake up soon.
The only response the younger got was the constant ‘beep’ of the heart monitor.

Ryeowook sighed softly and got back up from the chair.
“Ryeowook has to go now. Heechul promised him he’ll teach Ryeowook how to fight and take revenge. Ryeowook will come visit you when he can, which will be soon.”
He pushed the dark bangs back from the elder’s forehead and kiss Jongwoon’s cold lips lightly.
“Bye.” He whispered softly, and turned to leave, but suddenly, the heart monitor made an unexpected sound.

The line went flat.
