Everyone's Going Blonde.

Woohyun and I were walking up the stairs until we reached the apartment.

“Noona…”

“Jun Hong…” I rubbed the back of my neck.

What is he doing here? Aish! Did he tells my parents…

“Who’s that?” Jun Hong and Woohyun asked at the same time.

“Um, Woohyun, this is my dongsaeng and Jun Hong, this is… my roommate…”

“Roommate? You stay in the same room?” Jun Hong stared at me wide eyed.

“No! No! We just share this apartment. That’s it.”

“Noona! What the heck?”

I bit my bottom lip as I walked over to Jun Hong.

“Woohyun, can my little brother and I please have a little private moment with my little brother?”

“Okay…” Woohyun grabbed the key off me and opened the door to the apartment.

As soon as Woohyun got into the apartment, I picked up Jun Hong’s suitcase and lifted it over the stairway.

“Noona! What are you doing?! Noona!”

“Why are you here?”

“I’m here to live my dream.”

Then it hit me. My little brother who wanted to be a hip hop artist… My little baby brother wanted to be a rapper. He came for his dream…

Jun Hong grabbed his suitcase and frowned at me. I let out a sigh and then I noticed his blonde hair. His BLONDE hair.

I grabbed one of the locks in his hair and tugged on it, “What is this?”

“What? Most rappers are blonde. G-Dragon sunbaenim… Zico sunbaenim…”

“Stop,” I put my hand on my forehead, “Did dad see you with that blonde hairdo?”

“I just got it done when I arrived at Seoul,” he smiled mischievously.

I let out a sigh, “Have you eaten anything yet?”

Jun Hong smiled as he took off his bag and pulled out a bag.

“The noona at the ddukboki stall gave me extra servings.”

“Yah, you’re still using your looks to get things?”

“As if you’re not doing it.”

“Are you sassing me?”

Jun Hong smiled as he linked arms with me, “I would never want to mess with you.”

I smiled proudly, “I know.”

Maybe this can be a good thing. Someone to take my side over Woohyun. Yeah!

“So how the heck did you break the news to mum and dad? They’re not exactly snapping happy pics I bet.”

Jun Hong smiled, “I convinced them to let me go hear since you were about as old as me when you came up to Seoul.”

Whoa… it’s already been two years… almost three years since I’ve been living in Seoul. Oh wow.

“Noona, I have some tracks for you to listen to. They all call me a genius at home. I’m truly good.”

“Of course, I left some intelligence for you in the gene pool.”

Jun Hong frowned, “Yeah, noona was so nice noona left me the curly hair gene too.”

I laughed as I led Jun Hong towards the door, “You know that’s not really how genetics-”

“Yeah, I know.”

Suddenly Woohyun opened the door, “Since the sibling conversation seems to be going really well, I was just wondering if I could use the bathroom.”

Jun Hong let out a small laugh of disbelief as I nodded my head.

“Thanks.”

“Why did he just ask you to use the bathroom?”

“Because I wear the pants in this relationship,” you smiled proudly as you put your hands on your hips.

Jun Hong looked at my dress.

I cleared my throat, “Metaphorically speaking.”

~~~~~Woohyun’s POV~~~~~

Damn, Jenny’s brother is so tall! She’s only up to his lips. He’s skinny too, no muscles. This is so strange because Jenny has curves and her brother is so lanky…

Jenny walked into the living room after talking to her brother.

“So how are rooms arranged?”

“My brother will be in the same room as me.”

“What?” I found myself standing up and screaming, “You can’t do that?!”

“Why not? We’re siblings.”

“Because you’re a girl and he’s a boy!”

“Thanks captain obvious.”

“Look, he should sleep out here.”

“But he’s going to be cold; it’s cold in the living room.”

I frowned as I tried to think of something.

“Hey! That’s because you keep the heater all to yourself.”

“I need it more than you do.”

“Then we all sleep out here.”

Oh my gosh! Why am I the one who always comes up with the most ridiculous ideas? Hey Jenny, move in with me, hey Jenny let’s sleep in the same room, hey Jenny, I’m an idiot.

I cleared my throat, “It’s spring but it’s still cold.”

Jenny gave me a what-the-heck look and it was like déjà vu when she shrugged, “Okay. I’ll just bring out the heater out here and we’ll all sleep in the living room.”

“You-you-you’re actually letting this pass?”

Jenny nodded her head, “Sure, why not? I’m still in a very uncomfortable dress which I had to wear to a very uncomfortable party and my brother surprised me so I’m not exactly in the mood to think rational.”

The toilet door opened and I turned to see Jenny’s brother with his head sticking out, “Noona…”

Jenny then spoke in another language to her brother. Whoa! Did her company teach her that? My company didn’t teach me that language.

Jenny than left the room and walked out holding a towel. Right, she did mention the thing about her brother.
