My Style - Brown Eyed Girls

Narrator’s P.O.V:
*I don’t know why, but I’m feeling a little bit nervous about this…* You worriedly thought as you kept your eyes closed. The five boys had told you to close your eyes and follow the sound of their voices. Where you were heading was apparently someplace secret.
“Okay! This seems like a good spot. You can open your eyes now, Hyunjoo!” You recognized Seyong’s voice as you slowly opened your eyes. The bright light hit your eyes and you inwardly cringed.
You scanned the place, and noticed that something—no—some people were missing. Red-haired Seyong was the only one there with a big goofy grin on his face.
“Eh...? Where’s the others?” You blinked, eyes darting around for them.
“Hey,” A fake angry pout took over Seyong’s pink lips, “I’m your first date, so don’t go looking around for any other guys except me.”
You tried to take that in, “My… first date?”
“Yup, now come, Hyunnie!” Seyong motioned you over and laughed brightly. Somehow, you were comforted a little by his smile. Even though he was a bit of a pervert and was annoying sometimes, he had a breathtaking grin.
“H-Hold up!” You called as you followed him quickly.
Seyong’s date was fun. He had first dragged you over to go grab bubble tea.
“What flavour do you want, Hyunjoo? I want mango!” He licked his lips, “By the way, do you like tapioca? If you do, I can order it for you.” Seyong rambled as you peered around the bubble tea restaurant.
Girls were ogling at your boyfriend, probably because he stood out a lot with his vivid, flaming red hair. His smile was contagious and he had a perfectly chiseled face, but he was only looking at you. You seemed a bit… self-conscious because of all the stares.
Seyong noticed your anxiousness and let out a hopeless sigh, “Jo Hyunjoo.”
You quickly turned to face him, “W-What?”
“Don’t forget that you’re on a date with me. Ignore the other people. Just focus on having fun, araso? Otherwise, this date is gonna be a big mess!” He flicked your head, but he did it so lightly that you didn’t even feel his touch.
You made a face, “Seyong!”
Seyong broke out into a laugh, “Hurry up and choose what you want, Hyunjoo.” You shook your head but smiled, “I want… peach.”
“Tapioca too?” He questioned as you shook your head. You didn’t like the gooey taste of the gummies. Seyong smirked.
“One peach slushie for her and one mango slushie for me. Both with no tapioca please.” Seyong ordered as the cashier nodded. “By the way, are you two a couple?” She asked as you and Seyong exchanged looks.
“Oh, I’m sorry if you’re not! It’s just that there’s a 20% discount for any couples that purchase anything today.” The worker explained as Seyong straightened up.
You yelped a little as he pulled you closer to him by the hem of your dress, “We’re a couple, all right. Isn’t that right, cutie?” Seyong cooed in your ear as you gave him a weirded-out stare.
Seyong gave you a firm look as you stuttered, “T-That’s right! We’re a couple!”
The female worker clapped her hands together and fussed, “You two are just too cute! Alright, I’ll give you two a discount.” She grinned and punched in the order as Seyong paid. He winked at you as if to say, ‘good job’, as you ducked your head embarrassedly. He snickered.
After getting your slushies, the two of you sat at the park’s bench and made small talk. Seyong was really talkative so there was never a dull moment. You laughed at his jokes as he smiled.
“Hyunjoo-ah?” Seyong’s tone of voice turned unusually serious as you turned to face him, “Hmm?”
“You know… I don’t know much about what happened to you, or about any details, but anytime you want to talk, anytime you want to tell us, we’ll always be here. I just hope you’ll confide in us soon.” Seyong stared deeply into your eyes and gave you a genuine smile. You were taken aback but softened, “Seyong…”
He abruptly got up, “Well, my date time is over. Hope you had fun, princess.” Seyong immediately morphed back into his usual energetic self. “And don’t forget about what I said, Hyunjoo. It’s the truth.”
You softened, “Komawo… Seyong oppa.”
Seyong spun back around with wide eyes but then grinned brightly before he disappeared.

*I wonder who’s next? It makes me feel a bit excited for some reason.* You smiled to yourself. *I haven’t had this much fun since… forever.*
You closed your eyes and felt the nice rush of wind pass through your hair before you shivered. Suddenly, the wind became stronger, and your hat flew off of your head.
*What the—* You consciously touched your head and felt that your hat was gone. *My hat!* You looked over your shoulder to see that it was flying away in the wind.
*What is this?!* You jumped to your feet and ran off in your flats. Kids that were playing in the park laughed at the noona/unnie that was comically running after her hat.
An embarrassed blush crept up onto your cheeks. *I thought these scenarios only happened in Korean dramas!* You were almost out of breath as you saw your hat sail downwards into a small fountain. *Damn!* Without thinking of the consequences, you jumped towards the fountain and grabbed it at the last minute. *Assa!*
But then, you looked down and noticed that you were about to land into the cold fountain water. In the midst of your panic, you let go of your hat, too. *No!* You closed your eyes and waited for the cold impact.
You felt a warm embrace as you landed safely on the floor. The person quickly let you down as you opened your eyes and stared at your saviour. JunQ laughed and lightly placed your hat back onto your head, “You dork. I haven’t had that much exhilaration in a while.”
*JunQ?! Wait, did he just hold me…? And I… didn’t react at all…?* You stared at him, then at yourself in wonder. *What just happened…?*
“Hyunjoo? What’s the matter? No one saw.” JunQ gestured to the deserted area. “…It’s nothing…” You managed to say. *It was just something that happened at the spur of the moment. My body probably didn’t even have time to react.* You instantly forgot about it as JunQ let out another grin.
“If you’re still thinking about Seyong hyung’s date, then I won’t forgive you!” He teased as you reddened, “I’m not!”
JunQ heartily chuckled again, “Calm down, I was just playing.” He assured as you grimaced at him.
“Forget about Seyong hyung and the others, because now, you’re gonna have fun with me.”

Slightly confused at a few parts so let me get this clear the parents are actually alive Double A was one of their invention thingys but in the end Double A had to go since their time limit ended and now in Heaven???
