That night, only you and Daehyun were at home. Zelo had gone out with his friends. Jongup and Youngjae went to the movies and Himchan and Yongguk were still at the auto shop.

You made popcorn and brought it over to the living room. Daehyun turned on the TV and sat onto the couch. You sat down and placed the popcorn between you two. Daehyun reached in and took some.

You curled up and chewed thoughtfully on the snack. “Did you do anything exciting today?” You asked.

Daehyun just stared at the TV, “No.”

“Nothing at all? You just sat at home and did nothing?” You questioned.

“Mmhmm.” He obviously hadn’t heard you.

You pouted *Babo. I’m trying to make conversation with you.* You wanted to see what was distracting him from you. On the TV you saw girl groups dancing and singing in short-shorts and high heels. You gave him a look *Really, Jung Daehyun? This is how you’re going to act? Fine them. Have a taste of your own medicine.*

You casually stretched, “Well my day went well. I met up with my friends and my teachers were nice.”

Daehyun grunted in reponse.

“And I met the school kingka.” You added.

Daehyun blinked. He slowly detached his eyes from the TV and stared at you.

You pretended to think as you tapped your chin, “What was his name again? Oh yeah. Kai. He was tall and handsome. Oh and he smiled at me.”

“He what?” You could feel Daehyun turning rigid next to you and you smiled to yourself.

You beamed innocently at him, “He smiled at me! And you know what’s more amazing? My friends told me he doesn’t smile just for anyone! I must be special!”

*I already told you that you were!* Daehyun thought angrily.

“Eunhae offered to introduce him to me.” You informed.

Daehyun gaped at you, “S-so what did you say?!”

“I said sure. Can’t turn down the opportunity to meet a hottie.” You popped some more popcorn into your mouth.

“You’re kidding me, right?” Daehyun furrowed his eyebrows.

“Nope. Who knows? I may get a new boyfriend sometime soon.” You shrugged.

That did it.

Daehyun slammed the popcorn bucket onto the coffee table and glared at you, “BUT I’M YOUR BOYFRIEND!” You tilted your head in mock puzzlement, “Really? But you never officially asked me. I thought we were just people that kissed once or twice.”

Daehyun rolled his eyes, “Believe me. We kissed more than once or twice.” You bit your lip to hide your smile. He turned the TV off and turned towards you. His eyes were flashing with betrayal. “How could you do this to me?!”

“What?” You innocently shrugged, “I didn’t know we were going out.”

“Do I really have to say it in words?” Daehyun asked.

“It’d be nice…” You admitted.

Daehyun leaned towards you and intently gazed into your eyes, “Song Yeojin, I want you to be my girlfriend. I don’t want you to be with other guys and I want you to only be mine. So don’t look at other guys and if any of them ask you out, I want you to tell them to fuck off.”

“Oppa!” You lightly slapped his words, “Keep your confession G-rated please!”

“Say yes, Yeojin.” Daehyun demanded.

“Maybe…” You stuck your tongue out and got up. Daehyun grabbed your wrist and yanked you back down. You squealed as he pushed you down onto the sofa and pinned you down with his body on top of yours.

“Daehyun oppa!” Your face flushed pink.

“Do you like playing with my heart?” He whispered softly.

You stopped struggling and searched his eyes, “No…but I do like to see you jealous.”

“Song Yeojin, you're going to kill me.” Daehyun didn’t sound angry as he whispered those words to you. He lowered his head and softly pressed his lips beneath your bottom lip. You felt your heart flutter just by the contact. Daehyun gazed at you, “You will be my girlfriend, right?”

You smiled and lightly pinched his cheeks, “There’s no other guy I would want to be with.”

Daehyun smiled and kissed your lips. He pulled back and looked into your eyes, “You better call your friend and tell her not to introduce you to whoever-his-name is.”

You wrapped your arms around his neck, “I will…if you kiss me again.”

His eyes sparkled, “Not a problem.” Daehyun tilted his head and kissed you long and deep.

You kissed him back just as eagerly. *You complete my life, Jung Daehyun. No one will ever replace you in my heart.*
