When It's Time to Let Go

Description

DBSK has been split for almost three years. SM finally releases the media ban and now JYJ is free to perform on stage and go on variety shows. But, a KBS mix-up happens to allow JYJ and DBSK on the same show! After an awkward interaction, the two groups have stirred feelings that cause a chain of events to occur. The reason for the split and the remedy will be explored. Also, with the help of Junsu, Changmin, and Yoochun, Jaejoong and Yunho will find each other once again.

 

WARNING: One of my earlier fics and it's kind of crappy towards the beginning. The storyline is a bit wacked up and rushed. But.. it gets better and I have learned so much from writing this and so if you check out my other FFs, you'll see improvement. Orginally intended to be a two-shot LOL.

As this story comes to a close, I'm growing sad. I don't want to leave this story and leave my readers. You all have been my motivation to keep going when I truly did not feel like it. I've been remembering, "Oh I can't do that. I have that story to finish." You've saved me from things that I won't disclose. If I ever write another story, I hope that you all will read. I also encourage you to DM me your story links and I promise I will read when I get the time. I also hope that we can continue to be friends and become closer even after the story ends.

Chapter 52: I simply love long drawn-out multi-chaptered fics. Although it took me a few days & sleepless nights (not to mention puffy eyes & dark circles) to finish reading this, it was so worth it.

I really didn't see it (Jaejoong's enlistment) coming. I had suspected that he wanted to take a break, a vacation (perhaps to Liberia?) but never would have guessed that it was going to be in the military service!

Thank you for a well-written YunJae fic! I liked the idea of them 5 getting back together. So glad it was already completed when I stumbled on your story. I can't imagine waiting for updates and gritting my teeth imagining what the next chapter's all about. I also thoroughly enjoyed every bit of your author's notes! They were refreshingly honest & amusing!

I will definitely be checking out the sequel in a bit.
