Little Boy Named Ricky

Jonghyun's POV:

I saw everything the two of them did together...so I did the same with Sekyung thinking he would look back at least once in the whole plane ride...but he never did. Finally in the end, Onew looked back.

"So what are you planning to do?" he asked.

"Mmm...I'm not sure," Sekyung said.

"Then you guys want to stay with us  until you find out?"

"Oh OKAY!" I raised my voice. This was the only chance for me to spend time with Key incase we didn't get the same hotel rooms. We got off the plane and Mr. Siwon said he would give us our hotel keys later. He told us that all our suitcases were in the lobby and we didn't have to get it now. He told us when we would have breakfast, lunch and dinner. Mr. Siwon gave us his phone number incase of emergency and let us free. Me, Key, Onew, and Sekyung walked toward the streets with many stores. We walked further down and saw a little boy crying... it seems like he lost his mom. I was just going to pass him, but Key and Onew instantly ran for the boy, so Sekyung and I followed too.

"Little boy...are you alright?" Key asked as he kneeled down to the boy's eye level. Even though he asked, he kept crying. Then, Onew searched his backpack and took out a lollipop.

"Onew-hyung will give this to you if you stop crying~" he said. The boy instantly stopped crying and Onew gave him the lollipop.

"Alright now, what is your name?" Key asked.

"Ricky," the boy answered as he sucked on the lollipop.

"Well the RIcky, are you lost? Where's your mommy? The boy was about to cry again and Key wiped his tears.

"Ricky don't cry...We'll find mommy okay?"

"Oookayy.." RIcky said as he tired his best not to cry. Key got up and held his hand. Onew stood next to Key.

"Guys..do you mind if we find RIcky's mom first? Then we'll go eat alright?"

We just nodded, there was nothing we could do about a lost boy."

We looked for the nearest police station and there was a poorly dressed woman crying her eyes out.

"MAMA!" Ricky yelled as he let go of Key's hand and ran for the mom.

"RICKY! Where were you?!" she screamed and hugged her son.

After a 'touching moment' of mom and son reunion, the woman walked up to us.

"Thank you sooo much." She took Key's hand and squeezed it tightly. She was very thin, and didn't look like she ate a lot.

"N..no problem..." Key said examining her.  He looked worried.

"Mama, I'm hungry..." Ricky said.

"We'll eat bread at home."

"NO! I'm tired of bread everyday! I want something different!" Ricky whined.

"Ricky! Don't complain about food and eat what we already have!" she said spanking Ricky.

Just by listening and seeing how they dressed, we automatically knew they were poor. The boy was too young to know anything about money  and wanted something different...when they just couldn't afford it.

"Excuse me...." Onew peeped up. The mother looked at him.

"Would you like to go have lunch with us? Ricky seems ungry and we were just abou tto eat too. You know what, let's do that, my treat." Onew invited.

"Oh, no it's really okay..."

"No, no let's go!" Key locked his arms around the woman's as we headed out of the police station.

"YIPEE!" Ricky jumped next to me. I looked down at him and he gave me a wide smile. He was as adorable as Key. Ricky held my hand as we walked, and I felt an electric shock. I held back his hand as we walked to a famous Italian resturant. The waiter took us to our seat and helped up with a cup of water and the meunu board.

"I..Is this really okay?" the woman asked.

"It's totally fine. Pick whatever you want!" Onew said and turned to RIcky."Now, what would you like young man?"

"Oh my, Ricky can share with me!" she raised her voice a little.

"oakdfoeiwjf!" Onew interupted and smiled. "Today, eat whatever you want and Ricky will eat whatever he wants. Okay?"

I sneaked a glance at Key and he was smiling the whole time. Is this why he loved helping people so much?

The waiter came back and took our orders.

"I'll have a...Chicken Alfreado Pasta with broccoli," I ordered.

"Linguini with clam sauce please," Sekyung said as she gave the menu board back to the waiter.

" Rigatoni Con Tonno Fresco, thank you." Key said.

"Puttanesca for me," Onew said. He looked at the woman. "Pick before I pick for you~" Onew jokingly threatened.

"I'll have a...Salmone e vodka."

"And our young man will have a Gnocchi Ala Sorrentiana."

"Is that all?"

"For now."

"ALright, you'r dishes would he here in a couple of minutes," he waiter said as he took all our menu boards and left.

"Thank you..." she said.

"No need" Onew smiled.

"What's your name?" Key asked. I wanted to ask the same question.

"Victoria."

"Pretty name, Victoria, How did you lose Key?"

"Sigh...Long story..."

"Then make the long story short," I said.

"Well, as you can see, we're really poor. We lived a decent life until Ricky's father passed away due to a bad flu. We didn't have enough money to pay for the hospital bill. Ricky doesn't now because he was too young. And now we're really poor. Ricky and I were passing some stores and his eyes caught a red robot at a toy store and asked me if he could have it. Of course I said no and we walked away. As I went to the public restroom, I told Ricky to sit down and stay there until I got back. But he was gone. I should have know he went back to the toy store," Victoria started to tear up and Key took out some napkins and handed it to her. Key took out some more and wiped his tears away too. The sad moment had passed and our dishes came out. Ricky clapped and gasped when he saw the pasta like he've never seen pasta before.

"Alrighty...LET'S EAT!" Onew said and everyone digged in.

Key's POV:

The food was absoultely delicous! I looked to see how Victoira was doing and I was happy that she was enjoying her pasta. Onew was helping Ricky eat his food and I couldn't help but smile. He would he the most perfect dad. Onew called me up all of a sudden.

"Excuse us," Onew said taking me somewhere. Jonghyun looked really confused. We went in front of the bathroom. I thought for a second he was going to kiss me to I closed my eyes...

"Key..What are you doing?"

"Huh?" I asked as I opened my eyes.

"I was going to order a few extra to-go boxes so they would have something to eat at home. Do you mind picking it up when I distract them? I don't want Victoria to feel like a burden."

"Yeah sure.." I felt so embarrased.

"Alright, let's go."

We went back to our table and Jonghyun have us a look of suspicion. Everyone seemed to have finished their plates so Onew got up and paied. After he was done, he distracted Victoria and the rest and I slipped the boxes in my backpak just as planned. I sneakly caught up to them naturally like nothing happened.

Ricky held my hand on one side and Jonghyun's on the other. We lifted him up as he jumped around. I felt like one big family. Speaking of family, I wondered how Jonghyun felt. I knew his dad was always working, his mom was always partying and getting drunk, and his sister was somewhere else out of state. I realized...Jonghyun was really lonely...

hello~ I didn't update yesterday because...I was so caught up reading another fanfiction:D Longest chapter I've ever written:P Here I go again with my pasta obssession:P
