Yes there is certainly something weird going on.
Although I am not seeing 'supernatural' tag, it could be something like that c: I mean heck, who else would have changed the names and talked there in the beginning of this chapter o.o maybe the ship and its passangers are haaaaaunteeeed /creepyface
Or maybe, there is some random hypnotizer guy somewhere. OR, someone has a disease. Maybe Kyuhyun is just "dreaming" all of this. I put the word dreaming in quotationmarks because it can be interpreted in different ways. But he might just have gotten this illusion that he works at a hospital and is going on a weird vacation, when he actually is some kind of mental patient and this vacation is his meds screwing him up. What do I know c:
Maybe AeRi is some kind of illusion. It could be his inner "guidant" and then there come these randoms who want to remove her. And jongwoon turns towards him to guide him. (Kyu does not even have to be a mental patient to have a screwed up mind. And lol it all can be a dream too)
Ahhh I am thinking too much right now, cannot keep writing. ><
