SPRING APARTMENTS

NON-AU ROLEPLAY

Hello! Spring Apartments is a family owned apartment complex founded on May 10th, 2012 and was named after the child, Chaebom. This complex provides 10 floors with 10 rooms each. Each floor contains 3 Family Rooms, 4 Single Rooms and 3 Double Rooms + laundry room. There is also a work out room and an inside/outdoor pool for the tenants on the first floor. Single Room:
The Single room consists of 1 bedroom & 1 bathroom, kitchen & living room. Everything is included.

Double Room:
The Double Room consists of 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom, kitchen & living room. Everything included. MUST HAVE A ROOMMATE. You may move in singularly and request for a random roommate.

Family Room:
The Family Room consists of 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, washer & dryer, kitchen & living room. Everything is included.

+ You are free to move rooms, just turn in your key and make your request.

RULES

01. Please subscribe and upvote! The more the merrier.

02. We accept all face claims; pets are allowed! But please be responsible for your pet.

03. We allow move in couples and all ualities. Please do indicate in your application if you are a moving couple and with whom.

04. Please leep drama at the minimal. Anything can be addressed to an admin if needed. There is strictly no OOC drama.

05. OOC content should be kept in the OOC Group or in between any sort of brackets.

06. Rated 19 posts are only to be kept in the Rated M Group or in PM. If this rule is broken, you will get a strike. 3 strikes and you're out.

07. TCC is allowed for 1 week and CC is allowed within 2 weeks of arrive or 2 weeks in between CCs. Keep in mind that TCCing and CCing require points. PW: Find the password in our Point Systems chapter! it's important to understand this process.

08. Please do keep in mind that this is an apartment complex. Keep it as realistic as possible!

09. Acticity Checks are done monthly and is also when your monthly bill is due.

01. Check the masterlist to find if your face claim is available.

03. After you've been accepted, you have 2 days to make your account and put your alternate name as (Bom____).

04. Please send a friend request to the Landlords (Admins).

05. Please wait to be added by an admin and announced before adding any other tenants then introduce yourself in the Intro Group!
