Minatosaki Sana: Wife of Chou Tzuyu. Ordinary Japanese woman living in South Korea as a businesswoman in the Twice Market Inc.
Myoui Mina: Tzuyu's nurse in Taiwan. Her stepbrother is Mark Tuan, a Taiwanese native. Her mother, who is Japanese, remarried again with Mark's Taiwanese father. Her mother and Mark's father had their first child, who is now the youngest of the siblings, Tuan Kai.
Kim Dahyun: Sana's new secretary who lights up her boss's life after Tzuyu disappears.
Park Jihyo: Sana's boss who became a mother-figure to her.
Hirai Momo: Dahyun's playful coworker who remains a casual sunbae-hoobae relationship with Sana.
Son Chaeyoung: Her adopted sister is Tzuyu; she is the only biological daughter of Korean Congressman with the surname, 'Son'.
