kowai is a japanese term which means scary. there are a few reasons why the name kowai was chosen as the name of this establishment. one main reason being, we're all either a bunch of scaredy cats who do not enjoy kowai films or a troop of thrill seekers who find said films amusing and entertaining. which side of the club are you?
ABOUT US
face-chasing, otp-chasing, selective replies are not encouraged but they cannot be helped. please try to minimise these selective replies and such. treat people the way you want to be treated! and with that being said, please try to welcome everyone. a simple hello would be just fine. you know yourself more than anyone else so if you feel that you greeting everyone individually isn't for you then please try to greet them on the timeline. no one likes being left out.
love wins, of course. you can love whoever you want, we won't stop you. however! there is a dating ban of three days. not only that, both parties must reach a tweet count of 300 tweets. please do inform the base via dm if you're a move-in couple or if you are a new couple. this goes for leaving, going on hiatus and t/ccing or cc-ing as well. if you have any complaints or anything, please inform the base via dm!
cc-ing is unlimited but there is a ban of 2 days if you wish to cc again. t/cc is allowed for only 48 hours. base will inform you when your time is up! if you have t/cc-ed to a certain idol and someone else has reserved the said idol, you will have to change back to your original face-claim. this will prevent any confusion and complaints from occurring.
the timeline is unrated but please minimise any inappropriate discussions as there are minors around and we wouldn't want anyone to feel uncomfortable or outcasted. speaking of which, ualizing minors is a big no no. if this occurrs, we will have to give you a warning and if it keeps occurring, we will not hesitate to kick you out. ualizing minors is not tolerated here. please know your limits!
any dramas of sorts, being from fl or ooc, is definitely not tolerated here. we want to have a friendly environment here and we want everyone to feel comfortable and at home, so please don't bring any of your tea here. take it to your own fl or such.
please minimise rt-ing and interacting with people who are not from the roleplay. this includes members who have been kicked out or left the roleplay. we will also include a day where no mentions are allowed. this will be discussed more in depth once the roleplay has opened.
if you have any complaints, please refer to an admin or the base and we will be at your beckon call as soon as possible! this may look like it's alot to take in but we assure you that we are more chill than we look. we hope to see you around!
