Doo Joon

Camera lights were flashing the moment we stepped into the room. I felt Young Soon’s grip on my arm tightening and I gave her a smile to reassure her. As soon as the both of us had sat down, reporters fired questions at us. I tried to answer the questions calmly but some of them were asking in a very rude manner. Young Soon was silent throughout the whole thing. But a reporter seemed to have recognized her and asked her “Miss, are you Teen Top’s Chunji’s girlfriend? You are aren’t you!” all attention turned to her as soon as everyone have heard his question. Young soon looked around nervously, unsure what to answer. She answered the question quietly “Yes. I was Chunji’s girlfriend. But we broke up.” Before anymore questions can be asked, I took the microphone and said everything. “I will answer everything that you ask. Please do not ask Young Soon. I’m the one who caused all these.” Whenever a question about Chunji was mentioned, I ignored it and shook my head slightly at Young Soon, who just nodded. As the conference ended, I can feel Young Soon heaving a sigh of relief. It was a relief for me too. It is very tiring to answer such an endless amount of question. But I must keep my smile, for we have other events to go to. For the first time, Young Soon was going to an event with me, as my girlfriend. Just the thought of it makes me smile. While we were going up to the stage I lost sight of Young soon. I should have held her hand! She must be somewhere in the crowd. Throughout the handshakes with fans I keep looking out into the crowd, searching for her.

Young Soon

I didn’t expect one of the reporters to recognize me as Chunji’s girlfriend. The question caught me off guard. But it’s bound to be out someday, so I told them the truth. I didn’t tell them everything. There was no need for it. Doing that would just make Chunji and his company suffer. Doo joon tried to protect me from all those questions; I was grateful that he was there with me. I don’t know how to handle this alone…Luckily it ended, and we went out together. “I have a fan meeting now. Do you want to go?” I nodded and we got into the van. Inside the van, he gave me a ticket “This is for you. You have to stay there ok?” puzzled, I nodded. When you reached the venue I look out in shock. I knew that BEAST is a popular group, but I didn’t know how popular they are until now. Hundreds and thousands of B2uties were queuing up patiently, chattering excitedly among themselves. Most of them were dressed in different shades of grey. Upon the arrival of the car, everyone’s attention turned to us and guards were out creating a barrier in front of us in a second. Silently I sneaked away from the human barrier and joined the fans. Nobody noticed me but I saw Doo Joon looking around frantically for me. I walked towards the back and queued up for my turn. Some of the fans gave me friendly smiles and I smiled back. Moving slowly along the line, it was my turn to go up for a handshake with each of the members. All of them gave me big smiles and Doo Joon was the last in line. I held out my hands and he shook it. I tried to take my hand away but he kept on holding on to it. Finally he let go but as I walked pass him I saw him giving me a wink. Blushing, quickened my pace to go to the far end.
