I'm hurting. Jonghyun was my SHINee bias and he was such a talented idol. Since I didn't know much about SHINee's interactions and members in depth (I love their music but don't study them like other groups) I decided to deal with how EXO might handle this.

This is a very short story about Kai and D.O. processing their grief and discussing difficult things. I hope Jonghyun's death won't be in vain and that it will bring light to mental health issues and be a catalyst for change.

I am by no means a psychiatrist or psychologist and I don't know what depression feels like, however, I do know how it feels to grieve and hurt. I have been Kai and I have been D.O. in this narrative and through life I will be both again. But take heart, we will get through this because God is still on the throne and he has an ultimate plan.

We love you Jonghyun, you will be missed. <3
