it is indeed a rule applying to every roleplay that deceased idols/characters should be banned from being roleplay.

I agree, i'm not a Shawol and never listened to Shinee but, these kind of things always makes me upset, he honestly seemed like a nice guy. Like someone else said, it would be respectful if we didn't rp as a deceased. First of all, its a bit... out of there??? But mostly, it is out of respect. I understand the people who said that maybe after awhile, if you wish to rp as him you can but still, it would be really out of place and probably make other roleplayers feel a bit uncomfortable. May he rest in peace and thank you for addressing this.

It is definitely a given that deceased personalities should never be played, out of respect for them. It isn't right at all. I hope roleplayers will cease the portrayal and pick someone else. But seeing as how roleplayers who portray might most likely be Shawols, they might probably take a break from roleplaying for a while.

Yes in respect of Jonghyun people should stop roleplaying as him. I never rped as him and I'm a shawol but I rp Taemin majority of the time,

Its gonna be heart breaking going back into roleplaying as Taemin in non a roleplays... There won't be a Jonghyun to baby and spoil my Taemin muses. No Jonghyun to quarrel with Minho and Key. I'm very disheartened. Many of the shinee roleplayers I knew are shawols. Its so hard to even rp Taemin because the other four are going through a hard time. Their last moment together as a five would be them carrying Jonghyun's coffin.

As someone who was/is RPing as Jonghyun (on a site that has literally gone downhill... it was fun while it lasted). I agree that it's a little too soon to continue RPing as Jonghyun... But once the grieving period has ended, those who RP as Jonghyun may want to continue as Jonghyun for the sake of his legacy.

I love Jonghyun and am very shocked and saddened by his passing, but for me, I feel that just because he has moved on doesn't mean we need to forget him and leave him behind in the past.

If the site I RP at returns, I hope to continue on RPing as Jonghyun, although I won't be RPing as him for quite a while. If I continue to RP as Jonghyun, for me, it feels like I will never forget him and will always love him. You can also see it as a way of coping/dealing with his loss.

I'm not rping as Jonghyun but I hope that all the rpers respect this and stop, at least for a while.

It's too soon to see a Jonghyun rper
