Based off of the novel Call Me by Your Name by Andre Aciman.

Chan, a 18-year-old, wise beyond his years, Korean-Italian boy and his family live in a small city in Northern Italy. His father, a Greco-Roman historian and professor, mentors a 22-year-old Korean-American grad student, working on his doctorate, named Soonyoung for the summer. In the midst of a sun-drenched summer, filled with triumph and heartbreak, they learn that they both have something to teach eachother that will change their lives forever.
