A/N: lol I'm putting this note because all of you seem worried that L. Joe will sleep with some woman. Don't worry. I won't make his character go that far!

It was a cold November day.

Students walked out of the gates of Seoul High School and headed home. You were laughing at Sooki’s joke when Ari pointed, “Oh? Isn’t that your brother?”

“Where?” You turned your head. Your eyes widened. You couldn’t believe it! It really was L. Joe.

A few seniors who recognized him waved, “Hi, oppa!” “Byunghun oppa is here!” “It’s Byunghun sunbaenim.” L. Joe nodded slightly in reply.

Brightly you ran over. “Oppa!” He looked at you. You beamed, “This is so unexpected! What are you doing here?!”

“I was waiting for you.” L. Joe said. “Why? Did something happen?” You asked.

L. Joe took your hand, “Come on. I have to take you somewhere.” “Where?” You questioned, puzzled. “You’ll see.” He mysteriously answered and dragged you away.

The two of you took a cab to an apartment not too far away from school. It was a tall, fancy building that needed a security code to enter through the glass. You looked around the elegant setting in awe, “Waaa…do you know someone who lives here?” L. Joe pressed the button on the elevator. The two of you rode it to the 8^thfloor. L. Joe led to the apartment near the end of the hallway. He swung open the door. Your eyes widened at the large interior.

“Go in.” L. Joe encouragingly nodded.

You paused then stepped inside. You made your shoes were clean. The apartment was empty. You could see how wide it was. There were two rooms, a bathroom, and a nicely-modeled kitchen. The living room was spacious as well and there was even a balcony. “Waaa…this is so pretty~”

“You like it?” L. Joe asked.

You smiled and nodded, “It’s very pretty. But…what are we doing here?”

L. Joe looked at you, “This is our new home.”

“W-what?” You stared at him.

A sunny smile broke out on his face as he pulled out the official documents. It had your name as the owner.

“OHMYGOD!” You started screaming and jumping around. L. Joe laughed, “Are you that happy?!”

“I’m joyful! This is such a pretty home and we’re going to be living in it!” You squealed.

But abruptly you stopped celebrating.

“What’s wrong?” L. Joe asked.

You worriedly looked at him, “Isn’t this place expensive?”

“Not really. Um, my new boss helped me get a discount.” He fibbed. “Oh! That’s great! Your new boss must be a really nice person~” You beamed. “Yeah…” L. Joe scratched the back of his head *Not at all.*

“So…when do we move in?” You smiled hopefully.

That weekend you and L. Joe moved out of the rooftop home and into the apartment. In the morning, the two of you were busy directing the movers where to put everything. Then in the afternoon you and L. Joe unpacked everything.

“To the left. More. A little bit upward.” You closed one eye and tilted your head to see the picture better. “That’s it?” L. Joe asked.

“No, no. To the left. A little more. Never mind to the right. To the right again. You know what? Maybe the left is better.” You blinked.

L. Joe put the painting down and turned around. He started walking towards you as he wiggled his finger, “Come here.” “AHHH!” You ran away. “COME HERE!” L. Joe hopped over the sofa and went after you.

The boxes were 70% unpacked. You still had to organize your room though.

The doorbell rang and L. Joe answered it. The delivery boy bowed, “I brought the black bean noodles.” L. Joe paid and brought the food over. “Saerom!” “Coming!” You hopped out. “Yay! Black bean noodles!” You sat in front of him and rubbed the wooden chopsticks together. You took a huge bite of the black bean noodle. “Eat slowly.” L. Joe encouraged.

You smiled and nodded. You cut off the noodles with your teeth and licked your bottom lip.

L. Joe stopped drinking his water and looked at you. His eyes focused on your lips. There was a tiny dab of sauce in the corner of your mouth. You stopped eating and blinked at him. “What’s wrong?”

L. Joe leaned towards you. His eyes didn’t leave your lips.

Your heart started to pound madly. *Why is he coming closer…and closer…?* Your eyes shifted to his lips as well. You had never observed L. Joe’s lips before. They were pink and plump. It was the perfect lips to kiss. Your face flamed up at the thought. *What am I thinking?! Saerom, you crazy?!*

L. Joe wiped the sauce away with a napkin and your eyes fluttered in confusion. You stared into his eyes again.

“Messy girl. Tsk. What kind of a boy would want you as his girlfriend?” L. Joe clucked his tongue.

You pouted deeply. First you were mad he had called you messy. Second you were embarrassed of the sauce and your lips. And finally you were disappointed he said that no one would want you as their girlfriend. You grabbed a spoon, dipped it into the sauce, and lightly smacked the sauce onto his cheek.

L. Joe shut his eyes and remained still. He slowly opened his eyes and stared at you, “What. Did. You. Just. Do?”

You stuck your tongue out and dabbed his nose this time. You giggled at the black sauce on his face.

“Oh yeah?” L. Joe got the sauce and put it over your cheek. You shrieked and leaned back.

L. Joe grabbed the back of your neck and kept you in place. “Stay still so I can draw a mustache on you!”

“Oppa~!” You whined but mostly you were laughing.

L. Joe started laughing as well. Suddenly his phone rang.

*Saved by the bell!* You thought as he released you.

L. Joe licked the sauce off his finger and stood up. He pointed to you and warned, “Stay here. I haven’t finished drawing your mustache.” You made a face but chuckled.

Smiling, L. Joe went to the living room to get his phone. He wiped the sauce off his face and answered, “Hello?” His smile fell off at the voice. It was his boss calling for duty. “Yes, sir.” L. Joe hung up and quietly sighed. *Great. Just when I was having quality time with Saerom.* He slipped on his jacket and went into the kitchen. “Saerom.”

You looked up, “Hmm?”

“I have to go to work.” L. Joe said.

“Oh. Already?” You asked, disappointed.

L. Joe nodded, “I’ll try to be back soon. In the meantime, organize your room, all right?”

You nodded and waved, “Bye, oppa~” He waved back and departed to Hades.
