As if having eternal life wasn't enough already.

Isn't this the life that everyone wants? To live forever, to have unimaginable strength, the speed of light, the hearing that are able to make you hear everything even from a mile away, the nose of a hunter. The sense of a hunter.

All these abilities, to complete the life in order to be happy? Wasn't this that everyone wanted?

I didn't think so and not even once did I ever think that, not even once did I ever wish for any of this. There was only one reason that I was willing to change, an undoubtable truth, honesty sincerity that I thought was true.

But only in vain

JaeJoong has not only lived, regretting the one and only mistake, he has lived for centuries without having a specific purpose for living. Being a vampire wasn't easy but once you've adapted yourself and accepted your true nature, what you really are, there was no way turning back, unless you wanted to die.

But most likely that was impossible for JaeJoong. Not only did he tried to kill himself several times, he had tried to do anything in his power to hide himself in the dark but only to fail. He was obsessed of the humanity and was somehow still wishing that humanity still existed in him

Yumi, an ordinary girl who is struggling to find her way in life. Not only finding the right path and following it but also finding herself on the way and trying to figure out her own place in the world.

Living with her aunt and uncle has never been difficult since they were easy to get along with and not only did they make it easy for her, they seemed like her real parents than her real and biological parents ever were.

As they cross paths, not only do Yumi get to know the worse creature in the world, she struggles between her thoughts and heart and not only is that it, she finds herself in between, a bridge between the past and the future
