kuroneko means black cat in japanese, in this house we are still attached to halloween and thus couldn't let go of those ghostie nekos and kuro nekos just yet! we do accept regular nekos, street alley nekos, christmas neko, easter nekos and so on, so join us and let's start our nekofams!!

1. subscribing is mandatory for updates and upvotes are optional.

2. we are a closed agency, talking to outsiders is strictly prohibited. this rule also applies to quoting/mentioning several times an account that is not part of the rp (bots, fanaccs,..) please always greet newcomers and make them feel welcome, let's always be friendly and don't make anyone feel left out!

3. this is a semi-lit rp and english is the main language, so please don't use any other language aside from your character's mother tongue. use brackets if talking ooc and do LIMIT it. 

4.  the timeline is rated PG- 16. please mind your language on timeline, no triggering topics, dramas or anything not suitable for minors. Please note that You will be warned if other members considered your tweet as triggering/offensive as we don't want anyone to be uncomfortable. remember to keep your fcs' image clean according to their age, personality, etc. Facechasing is HIGHLY prohibited, cliques are not tolerated.

5. Please remember to stay in character, we yearn to be a throwback rp. the excessive use of memes/emoji/asterisks or being messy and ugli must have a LIMIT or be used  on dm. it doesn't mean that you can't use any memes but since we are a semi-lit throwback rp we prone proper conversations over memes and lots of people get uncomfortable with those. full asterisks sentences are strictly not allowed to avoid confusion, drama or members feeling left out.

6. relationships are allowed regardless of gender #lovewins, but after 5 days and a maximum of 500 tweets for both parties. move-in couples are exempted from this rule. pregnancy and marriage are not allowed. 

7. hiatus is 3 weeks max, semi-hiatus is 2 weeks. if you take a hiatus/semi-hiatus, you will need to tweet at least 20 tweets each week of your hiatus.

8. 2 days of inactivity will lead to a kickout. rting/quoting and tweeting once and leaving again without interacting does not count as being active. you must reach 60 tweets within 24 hrs or you will be unverified.

9. character changes (CC) are unlimited but you can only change once a week.

temporary character changes (TCC) are allowed for 2 days and has a 3 days interval. the password is the number of letters in your FC’s real name (example : Rose > Chaeyoung = 9 )

10. we do not accept jpop idols and western celebs, only kpop idols/korean ent celebs.

11. send a dm to neko base anytime if you have a problem, need a hiatus, or just need to talk about something, neko base will be here for you~

12. failure to follow the rules once will get you a warning and a second one will lead to a dare from one of the neko admins and a third one will lead to a kickout. we're very nice, but if you don't listen then cute ghostie neko will be angry ghostie neko :c 

1. you need to suscribe first. No subscriptions = no reservations (we do not accept twitter reservations)

reserve your desired chara through aff with the following format : Group, name, gmt and password

2. create your account within 24 hrs of an admin's approval of your reservation (reservations are approved on a gmt+1 tmz)

3. you may recycle an old account, but please clean your tweets and followings beforehand

4. username format is @neko(NAME) or @(NAME)neko- all in uppercase. don't forget to include 'kuroneko' somewhere in your bio before asking for verification.

5. when you ask for verification only follow the base and the admins. you can follow the members after the admins verified you.
