Kim Nam Joon is 26 years old boy who used to social and smart. He had numerous friends and often wen to parties, but also very book smart and ended up in Seoul University for law. Nam Joon was living the life until one day everything had changed and he was no longer the same. He does not speak of the night, instead he spends his day in his room, only coming out to grab munchies and alcohol or leaving suddenly in the middle of the night. No one knew what was wrong. His parents were just noticing the changes in personality and habits, the weird noises that he made in his room or the strange phone calls and texts he was making. The answer was given when Nam Joon had been sent to the emergency room for overdose. Name an illegal drug and that was what the police had found in Nam Joon’s room during search. Nam Joon was transferred over to the intensive care in the psychology department where he was hospitalized by force with permission from his parents.

In the intensive care, here is a young doctor of age 26, Eunha. She was transferred over to intensive care due to her calmness and effective consulting and treatment in her residency. When requested for the best doctor for Name Joon, the head director suggests Eunha. But when Eunha finds out that the patient is Nam Joon, she refuses. Having known him since high school and often met in college, she did not want to get too personal with the patient and hearing this, the head assigns Nam Joon a different doctor. But when doctors give up treating Nam Joon due to life threatening situation due to his anger management problems from withdrawal, Eunha is half forced to treat Nam Joon. When meeting Eunha, Nam Joon is soon addicted to something new and nothing can stop him this time.
