~ Surrounded By Freaks ~

It was 7 AM when my alarm clock mercilessly woke me with an annoying beeping sound. Damn that thing. Although my first lesson just started at 10 AM and my university was just half an hour away from my flat I decided to get up that early so I would have enough time in case I had troubles with the applying of make-up I just learned twenty-four hours ago. It turned out that this decision was completely right as I struggled with the eye shadow, first applying to much and having to wipe it off before applying it again, this time less of it. Make-up should be declared as science if you ask me.

When it was half past 8 I finally was ready to get breakfast. Despite of not being hungry at all I ate some cornflakes and drank coffee that made my head a bit clearer. After finishing I took my bag and left for my first day as a college student. Although this was what I dreamt off for years now I couldn't help but be in a bad mood as I sat in the bus taking me to university. Yes, this was my dream; I just imagined it a bit differently. In fact I imagined myself a bit differently but let's not start this drama again, I just have to accept it, end of story.

When I got off the bus I was just able to walk a few steps until a hypered Hoseok approached me waving like an idiot. Okay Yoonji, just pretend you didn't see, just look somewhere else, maybe at that nice tree over there...

"Hey!" Hoseok said, suddenly standing in front of me. There goes my plan of ignoring him. "Hey." I blankly replied. "How are you? Wow, you look good, being a girl really suits you. If I didn't know you're actually a guy and if you were nicer I maybe would ask you out." He maybe thought that saying this would make being a girl easier for me but it just made it much weirder. "And I would turn you down no matter what gender I had a few days ago." I coldly replied. As if I would date that idiot, being friends with him was hard enough. "Aww I love you too Yoonji." Yoonji... So Dawon told him about the name. At least he didn't make fun about it. Speaking of, now that I was a girl I was allowed to hit him without being hit back...

"Anyway, do you want to come to my dance class at 3 o'clock?" He questioned, waking me from my thoughts. "Do I look like I want to go to dance class?" I answered, looking at him, clearly annoyed. What was he thinking, I had a private life after all. "You wouldn't be dancing, just sitting there watching me." "Okay as much as I love just sitting around doing nothing, don't you think I have a home where I can do that?" I rolled my eyes back. Couldn't he just boast in front of someone else? Maybe now that I'm a girl his men hormones told him to impress me or something, but he should know that just because I'm female now doesn't mean I'm interested in guys automatically. In fact, I always declared myself aual, never fell in love nor was interested in anyone and being a girl wouldn't change that. I was still the same person after all. "Come on, all you do is studying and sleeping, you should go out, meet people, get yourself a life." "No thanks." I replied disinterestedly. Couldn’t he just stop? Why couldn’t he understand that not everyone in the world feels the urge to be surrounded by people 24/7? I always have been a loner and would always be, end of story. "Min Yoonji, I swear to God I will annoy you all day long until you beg to come to that damn dance class where you can sit in peace watching me dance." . Hoseok may never hurt a fly (probably because he's scared of insects) but if he was good at something besides dancing it was annoying the out of people so this was a serious threat. "Fine..." I beatenly murmured. "Great!" He grinned widely at me. Oh how I wanted to wipe that dumb grin off his face right now. "3 o'clock at the gym then. See ya later." He said waving his hand in goodbye while leaving. Without giving a respond I my heels going to my first class.

After nearly five hours of being led through the facilities, listening to the docents' expectations and eventually starting to work on my first music project I headed to the gym. I was halfway there until I heard a familiar voice call out my name. I turned around only to see Namjoon jogging towards my direction, behind him a handsome guy with broad shoulders and brown hair. "Hey Yoonji." Namjoon winked at me. The news of my new name seemed to spread quite well. "I heard you wanted to watch Hoseok's dance class." Since when exactly did I want to watch it? "He forced me to." I replied bored. "Well anyway, I'm going to watch too so let's go to the gym together." he suggested. What a genius idea of him.

"Why not."  I said starting to move again and Namjoon and his friend followed me. "I'm Jin by the way." the guy said smiling at me. "Namjoon told me so much about you." Wait, what means 'so much'? What exactly did he tell him? "I hope only good for his sake." I replied, trying to sound as casual as possible while glaring at Namjoon deadly who didn't seem to notice. "Yes, about you two and Hoseok knowing each other since birth and that you write songs together from time to time." That's all? Lucky Namjoon, I would have kicked his crown jewels if he spilled my secret. I'm a girl now; I no longer have to follow that code of honor which says men don't kick each other's balls. I have the feeling this could be really useful in the future…

"It's rather seldom that boys and girls are friends for that long." He finished showing his admiration towards Namjoon's, Hoseok's and mine relation. "Really? I've never paid attention to that." I said faking interest. As we arrived in the gym we headed to the changing rooms, me of course to the girl's, to take our shoes off and dropped off our bags. I then hurried to the dance room - Hoseok shouldn't get the idea of being allowed to unnerve me - only to be the first one there. At least it was quite here. Well, for now until dozens of students would trample around.

Apropos trampling, I suddenly heard voices nearing from outside the room and the moment I turned around I was knocked off my feet and fell onto the ground. Why the hell did this always happen to me recently? Haven’t the people in Seoul been blessed with the ability to see? Slowly opening my eyes the first thing, or rather person I saw was a guy with light blonde hair and plumb lips sitting on top of me. If he didn't seem so familiar I probably would have shoved him off of me but I couldn't help but trawl my mind for him.

"Oh my god, I'm sooo sorry." the guy apologized with his rather high voice. That voice seemed familiar too.... But what really made me remember him was the again hurting bruise on my I felt after the fall. That was the guy that bumped into me the day I arrived in Seoul! Such an idiot that it happened twice to him by now. Maybe he really was blind or something.

"I didn't pay attention to where I was going, are you....okay?" He stammered, while staring at me dumbfounded, slowly blushing and I couldn't help but stare back into those small dark eyes. That was until a deep voice resonated from behind us. "Are you planning on moving in there Jiminie?" the guy mockingly asked. So his name was Jimin...

"O-of course not!" He answered almost furiously. When turning to me again however there was no hint of anger in his face, rather embarrassment and something else I couldn’t match. "S-sorry." He stammered, finally getting up and reaching out a hand to me which I decided to take this time. "M-My name is Park Jimin." He introduced himself politely. What's with the stammering? "Min Yoonji." I replied. "Nice to meet you Yoonji." he said looking at me with the most angelic smile I have ever seen in my life, but maybe it was just the blonde hair making him look like an angel. Yep, definitely the hair.  But then again, there was something about him I couldn’t quite describe, he just seemed… innocent. Yeah, that fits. The way his eyes almost weren’t visible when he smiled brightly, his cute high voice and the plumb lips made him look like a child, and his height didn’t exactly make him look older…

He then tilted his head a bit. "Have we met before?" he asked, sounding a bit confused. Before I could reply Hoseok stepped into the room. "Woa Yoonji, you really came!" He said amazed. As if he didn't know already.

"Did I have a choice?" I weakly asked. "Nope." he grinned from ear to ear. Then suddenly another boy, a bit taller than Hoseok joined us. "Hey Jiminie." he said smiling sweetly at him. That smile vanished though as he looked at the boy with the deep voice. "Hey Trollhyung, how are you?" What? I'm sure that's not a legitimate name. 'Trollhyung' or however his name really was just smiled back bitter sweetly. "I'm good, thanks for asking Jungcock, and you?" Was it just me or can't they stand each other?

When 'Jungcock' just wanted to reply, and I'm sure it wouldn't have been nice, Jimin stopped him. "Guys please, for once act like adults okay?" Why did I have the suggestion that this was too much asked for?

Before they had the chance to object though Namjoon and Jin entered the room followed by the teacher and so ending that vendetta, or whatever was going on between those jerks, temporally. "Okay guys, let's do some warming-up first." the teacher cheerfully said. I then went to a bench nearby and sat down, watching some young adults fidgeting. Perfect Monday afternoon right? To be honest I didn't really pay attention but just stared into space until they actually started dancing.

While I first watched Hoseok, who was a really talented dancer, I slowly started to shift my gaze watching everyone for a while, but after a few minutes I constantly looked at Jimin. I don't even know why, there was just something in his movements, something powerful and passionate that fascinated me. Besides, he's got a nice . Oh my god, did I really just think that? But earnestly, his face maybe looked cute and childish but his body clearly didn’t. He seemed to be build perfectly with his toned legs and his muscular arms and I bet his abs were pretty distinct, too. Yet he was slim and not to buff and his long legs made him appear taller than he actually was.

"Okay guys, let's have a break, we will continue in fifteen minutes." Wow, I didn't realize so much time passed already. "How did you like it so far?" a slightly sweating Hoseok asked me, looking eagerly at me. I thought for a moment "
