Waking up from his deep slumber, he held the sides of his head and groaned in pain due to the alcohol he drank last night. He sat up straight and ran his fingers through his hair. 

 

What caught his eyes was a sticky note on the corner of his bed. He stretched out his hand to read its content. 

 

Chaeyoung ah, you really shut down last night. 

I had to move you to the bed. Don’t ask me how I changed ur clothes. 

Don’t want my buddy to get sick right? 

And I also don’t want my buddy to be sad and heartbroken. 

She decided to go, Chaeyoung. 

Sana texted me telling that the tix have been booked. 

I have to leave too. I said to Sana that if she goes, then it’s time for me and Jeongie to go home. 

 

Hey, I know Son Chaeyoung very well. He is a shorty who doesn’t give up. 

You know what to do. – Tzuyu. 

 

P.S : Flight’s at 9am. Hope you’ll make it to stop her. 

 

Chaeyoung’s eyes grew bigger and were afraid to look at the clock beside the bed. He slowly turned his head to the direction of the digital clock. 

 

11.45 am 

 

His lips trembled together with his chin as he crumpled the sticky note and threw it to the floor. He covered his face using both of his palms and sighed heavily. Without noticing, one of his tears rolled down on the cheek. 

 

“I’m sorry Mina..”

“Miss, would you like to add more food?” 

 

“Yes please!” Jeongyeon nodded like a child 

 

The waitress was serving food and a certain girl name Chou Jeongyeon had been eating the served meals twice in a row. 

 

Tzuyu who was sitting beside her quickly stopped the waitress from giving the latter more food, “No no no. That’s enough Jeongie” 

 

The younger girl pouted, “How dare you to stop me from eating” 

 

The tanned guy raised his eyebrows, “Jeongie, this is only the first. There will be more after this. It’s 14 hours long flight for god sake” 

 

The waitress then walked away together with the trays of food Jeongyeon had finished. 

 

“But I’m still hungry” Jeongyeon crossed her arms 

 

“They will come again later to serve different food. And you have been eating a lot” 

 

“So? I have a big appetite” 

 

“A never ending appetite I believe. What if you turn fat?” 

 

“My body system is weird. They don’t know how to produce fat” 

 

Tzuyu laughed and ruffled the latter’s hair. 

 

They were seated in the first class at the two seaters row. From the front, Mrs. Minatozaki and Krystal. Center, Mina and Sana. Behind the ladies, Jeongyeon and Tzuyu. 

 

Meanwhile, Sana who was checking out the monitor in front of her, she turned her head to face her bestfriend Mina. 

 

“You know you can take off your shades now” said Sana 

 

Mina shook her head. The red hair girl wanted to cover her eyes which have gone red and swollen because of the tears from last night. She also shed some tears when she was disappointed to see no Chaeyoung at the airport. She was totally heartbroken. 

 

“Give him a chance will you?” 

 

“No. I will not be like this anymore. He’s just the same like the other guys” 

 

It’s true that Mina had been in a relationship with several guys in the past. But most of them ended up two-timing her. Maybe it’s time for her to be away from relationships for a while. 

 

Sana sighed looking at the latter. She can’t do anything else. She knew her bestfriend too well. She knew how serious the latter was. 

“I’m gonna go to loo. You’ll be fine?”    Mina nodded as she was ready to doze off to sleep.    Sana headed her way to the nearest toilet. Knocking on the door, it opened revealing Jeongyeon who was using it earlier.    “Oh hi unnie” said Jeongyeon while stepping out of the bathroom    “Hi Jeongie” Sana smiled    The younger girl walked away leaving Sana to use it. Jeongyeon headed her way back to her seat. Then she noticed Sana’s seat was empty. She had an idea.    She glanced at her brother who was sleeping, quickly took a sit at Sana’s place. Mina was already asleep so she did not notice the presence of Jeongyeon. The younger girl smirk evilly after fastening her seatbelt.    Then she saw Sana heading her way back. Jeongyeon quickly closed her eyes and pretended to be sleeping.    Sana showed a surprise face looking at her sit was already taken by Jeongyeon.    “Umm.. Jeongie?”    The latter didn’t respond.    Sana scratched her head and tried to nudge the younger girl gently.    “Jeongie, you’re sitting at my seat”    Still, Jeongyeon didn’t even move and kept pretending to be sleeping. Sana sighed silently and looked to the back. An empty seat, beside him. And he was sleeping. No other seats left, only that seat was available for her.    Sana didn’t have any other choice but to sit beside Tzuyu.    It was too quiet. Only the sound of the plane. She looked at the tanned guy and started observing him.    From his perfect styled dark brown hair, his sharp pointy nose to his lips. What was weird in sight was, his tongue was sticking out. Which made her to silently giggle.    Then she thought to herself that, this man beside her is really something. Very different than the others. Very unique. Very warm. Any girl would be lucky to have him. Jeongyeon is already lucky to have him as a brother.     As she kept on thinking about Tzuyu, slowly her eyes starting to feel heavy. Minutes later, she closed her eyes to enter her dreamland.  **************    The tanned guy woke up after having his good sleep. He noticed his cheek was brushing against soft hair. The sweet scent of hair made him to feel a little high. As if the sweet scent from the hair contains a drug. He felt his right shoulder feeling a little heavy.    No wonder he felt his cheek brushing against soft hair, and his right shoulder felt a weight on it because it was her. She had her head placed on his shoulder. And she seemed to be sleeping.    Gosh, the feeling of the skinship happening at the moment making him to be blushing.    Suddenly the plane bounced a little making her head to be lifted away from his shoulder. He pouted when she moved away. Looking at her, she was still asleep. Even though the plane bounced for the second time, the latter was still in a deep sleep. How can she still be sleeping? What if something bad happens like an earthquake or a dangerous phenomenon, will she still be sleeping? Gosh, she sleeps like a dead body.    For some reason, his actions speak first before his mind. His hand automatically moved her head to be placed back on his shoulder. She then hugged his arm like a pillow causing him to be surprised.    Now that, made him to smile shyly again. For him, it just feels right.    It feels so right.  ***************  In Starbucks Coffee shop, two people sitting opposite of each other. Him, trying to avoid her eye contacts as his mind was occupied with a certain someone. Her, feeling guilty and ready to apologize to him for her fault.    “Thank you for lending me your time even though you were busy with work”    He replied, “I know that we’re gonna have to settle down. It’s the best for the both of us”    “You think so Chaeyoung? Should we be separated?”    Chaeyoung lifted up his face and looked at Somi, “I have someone else”    She lowered her face, “I didn’t know that you’re with her. I’m sorry”    He took in a deep breath before asking, “Why did you kiss me, Somi?”    “Have you forgotten what I wrote to you? I said that I will always love you”    “That was five years ago”    “Time doesn’t matter, Chaeyoung”    “To me it is, Somi. It matters to me”    She then looked at him straight in the eyes, “Do you still have any feelings for me, Chaeyoung?”    Hearing that question made him to stay silent. He didn’t know what to say or what to do. Everything’s a dilemma for him right now.    “Tell me Chaeyoung”    He looked at her, “Do you?”    She nodded slowly, “Yes, I still do”    “Then why did you ask for us to start over again?” he asked    “I thought that we can still be friends. But my feelings have failed me. I still love you,
