It's a Thursday.

It's a hot, shiny Thursday.

And it also happened to be the day when Hwang Minhyun trudges into the campus cafetaria looking like a walking dead with the ugly eye bags and slumped himself on the empty seat next to Dongho as soon as he spotted the group of rowdy boys at the table near the coffee machine. 

"You look energized," Jaehwan snickers and throws his paper cup to the newcomer who had his head rested on the table. When the cup landed exactly on the back of his friend's head, Jaehwan hollers a high note at his success and high fived Jisung.

"Glad people saw my effort." Minhyun's mumbling causes everybody else to cackle. 

Seongwoo was actually the nicer one in the group as he approaches Minhyun and ruffles the boy's hair. "What actually happened to the school's darling?"

Minhyun sits up straight and turns his head ever so slowly, like those happening in horror movies, to face Seongwoo. "I'm fine," he says while his eyes look dead and a smile so scary that Seongwoo had to shift back a bit. "I just slept for 5 hours this week and the only thing I need is my bed." Minhyun ends his reply with a robotic laugh that manages to scare Daehwi out. Everyone is now a little bit worried.

"He'll be fine," comments Dongho as he takes a lazy bite on his sandwich. "He won't be able to sleep anyways. He hasn't finished his project yet.”

At this everyone nods, understanding the situation. Minhyun was probably the only student who still fights for this said project even when his other friends had given up the moment their professor handed out the task for everyone to complete in less than a week. Daniel managed to even laugh out loud in the middle of class when he read the time limit. It was that scary. And there was Minki, the school's notorious gossip machine, who didn't even spare the professor a single glance and immediately crumpled the instruction paper into a ball before throwing it across the room. It ended up in the trash bin. And there was Seongwoo and Jisung who had tried working on the project only to laugh it off at the end of the day because, well, it's ridiculous. Who the hell can finish this anyway?

The younger kids wouldn't understand.

"Just let it go, Hwang. We all did. Including our smart Jonghyun right here," Jisung tries to supply. 

And in that moment of everyone taking a pity on Minhyun's health and condition, the boy decided that it's best to lean on something softer. 

Minhyun is now leaning his head against the closest person to him, or in this case Dongho, specifically Dongho's upper arm and crown it as his newest, most comfortable cushion. To make the view looks weirder, he had actually wrapped both hands around his friend's forearm and snuggled even closer. It wasn't exactly the weather for cuddling.

At this, everyone is shell shocked. Dongho only sighs. Jaehwan and Daniel are gasping at the sides. Jisung is holding the back of his neck as if he suddenly had high blood pressure. Seongwoo took three steps backwards. Jonghyun and Minki are exchanging glances. 

"Hey guys, what's up?"

Woojin came over without actually having a clue to what is going on and plops himself between Daehwi and Jaehwan. And then he sees it. Minhyun being touchy. Everyone getting shocked. It could only mean one thing : Stressed. Minhyun. Is. Here.
