Author's Note

This is going to be two-shot. Next chapter will be the ending. Anticipate it! I personally think this is one of my masterpieces. 

The behind story of this story is that I got the inspiration when Joy was doing her Rookie promotions. Poor girl looks so exhausted. I just wished she was with her members or has someone with her. I remember seeing Red Velvet live but Joy was not there. Seeing her instagram post when her members are away kinda hurt. So I exaggerate it a bit, knowing that Sungjae is a rising idol actor and an it boy. We all know she always has some sort of self-confidence issue and Sungjae has always complimented her. I don't know, i really love him for doing so. But seeing her so heartbroken in King of Masked Singer is what makes me write this two-shot. I wish my biases are happy. 

I ramble too much but discuss okay! Feedbacks are appreciated. ;)

Chapter 2: It's not just you. I love this chapter too. Gosh, I love your story. It's so well-written, well-paced, so in character.... I can't get enough of it.
I'd also like to point out that you predicted the future when you wrote this story because Joy seemed overworked from her drama filming (Tempted), not to mention she was separated from Red Velvet, these past few months. Thus, I feel like your portrayal of the pain and suffering she's feeling is so believable. I also love how Sungjae seems so conflicted about whether to support her, and in the end, they both seem so certain about "working things out" despite their future being so uncertain. I love how they find comfort and strength in each other (since they're both idols). I love it all.
