this is our town.
the house is built upon timeless gossip: words whispered between wrinkled noses and sagging cheeks, scornful looks in its general direction. in a town with a population of 200 max at any given point, anything even slightly out of the ordinary is threatening. though, this house is more than just a little out of place. five teens have grown up with the gossip surrounding the estate that sits on the edge of town, its foundation sagging into the slope that leads to the sea. after years and years of speculation, it's time for the truth to be revealed.

but once that truth comes to light, will it be worth it to open pandora's box ?
and we are engrained within it.
OR, five teens are fed up with the rumors they've heard since they were small children and decide to investigate the house that has all of the older folk hissing under their breath. however, they are not prepared for the things that go on behind closed doors and they have bitten off more than they can chew.

so instead of occultation, i decided to go with this idea instead. i honestly ?? kinda like this idea better anyway lmao. i love me a good small town creepy aesthetic as well as a good mystery. hopefully you guys also have a hankering for a good seaside town and all of its history !

heavily inspired by : 80's alternative, the 1975's self-titled album, marina and the diamonds' electra heart album, bastille's bad blood album, troye sivan's blue neighborhood album, 80's aesthetic in general tbh.
