COMMENTS: I won't reveal who that is, I don't want to give you spoilers ;-) They broke before the beginning of the story though
Yoo Kihyun is a student of the last year of a music school. He is a highly competitive perfectionist so this freshmen kid, Changkyun, who keeps messing everything up is getting on his nerves. He cannot believe how such untalented person could get accepted to such a prestigious university so Kihyun wants that guy out of the school but it seems that he is the only person who thinks so.
MAIN CHARACTERS and background:
Monsta X members look like during Newton era. Not all of the characters will be important, most of them will be just mentioned. Mainly Monsta X members will appear more often. I included Sistar members and No Mercy contestants because I wanted to name some of the orchestra members.
Yoo Kihyun, 22nd November 1993 (22) – the main character; the last year student, plays piano in the orchestra, also performs as a soloist from time to time
Im Changkyun, 26 January 1996 (19) – the main character; a new freshman student; plays the percussion instruments in the orchestra together with Jooheon
Lee Minhyuk, 3rd November 1993 (22) – Kihyun's friend and classmate; plays clarinet in the orchestra
Lee Jooheon, 6 October 1994 (21) - Kihyun's friend and classmate; plays the percussion instruments in the orchestra together with Changkyun (when they need more than one player)
Chae Hyungwon, 15th January 1994 (21) - Kihyun's friend and classmate; plays cello in the orchestra
Shin Hoseok, 1st March 1993 (22) – a nurse
Son Hyunwoo, 18th June 1992 (23) – the symphonic orchestra's new conductor; he finished the school 2 years before

Foreword
I just started shipping I.M and Kihyun recently so here is an effect of that. I got inspired by the show No Mercy and also by some writing prompts about musicAUs. Don't ask how Wonho ended up as a nurse lmao. I just got this idea and I stuck to it. I don't even know if this suits him.
