When Luhan got a call that Junmyeon didn't come back to the dorms yet he didn't hesitate to go out looking for him. He had looked everywhere hoping Junmyeon wasn't doing something stupid but he was the student body president of course he knew better.

Luhan even tried calling him but as expected he didn't pick up so he kept searching everywhere. He even looked in the music room upstairs in their dorm building. It was always opened to the students so Luhan thought there was a chance Junmyeon might be here even if it was the least unexpected place to find him. He covered most of the floors when he walked into a dark room and happened to topple over some instruments creating such a huge noise.  "Aish." He annoyingly mutters quickly trying to place all the instruments back up until he stops and examines a guitar. 

It was weird for him to hold it in his hands. It's been so long since he stopped playing due to certain reasons but after quitting he still remembered how to play it. He had leaned against the wall to strum it until he thought of a song he remembered playing. Luhan completely forgetting about finding Junmyeon, he clears his throat before strumming.

(After after her encounter with Junmyeon, Nari had rushed back to the dorms and stepped off the elevator to head into the music room when she stops and hears someone softly singing and playing the guitar. What was up with her encountering people with great voices and singing to themselves?)

Luhan seemed to look empty inside before putting away the guitar until he realized that he wasn't alone. Nari was embaressed at being caught yet again and seemed flustered with explaining herself. 

"How long were you here?" was Luhan's first question while Nari tried to defend herself. "I'm sorry I really didn't mean to eavesdrop. I just usually thought no one would be here and I couldn't help but listen to you sing. That was a pretty song you played there." she softly spoke before Luhan walked up to her and bent down to her eye level to pierce her with his doe like eyes. 

"Thanks. Maybe someday you'll hear more next time." He gives her a wink before walking out of the room to leave Nari blushing redder than a tomato. Meanwhile, Jeanie knew this was going to happen as well and had teleported back here in time to hear Luhan sing and slightly put Luhan's name and a checkmark on the list. 

"Um Nari are you sure you don't need a couple hours of sleep? You look like a zombie." Jeanie wasn't kidding when she described the way Nari looked as they were getting ready for the second day of auditions.  "What are you talking about? I'm fine. I just need to start the day off with excitment." She was partly right because she stayed up all night writing music till 5 am. 

"Ugh you poor thing. Here's some caffiene before we get started." she magically gives Nari a cup of coffee which she gratfully takes before Jeanie gets the audition going by calling the next name on the list. "Huang Zi Tao?"

Some contestants backstage were a bit puzzled since Tao was a new student here and was known as a mixed martial arts prodigy. What they didn't know was he also took rapping as a hobby and loved it as much as martial arts. Which is why when he saw the shwocase flyer he couldn't resist participating. 

"Morning Mr.Huang. What will you be performing?"

"Ice ice baby by Vanilla Ice" 

Jeanie feigned surprise, "Oh a rap performance. Alright Mr. Huang whenever you're ready." she started tapping Nari's shoulder to wake her up while Tao grabbed a handheld mic and started dancing around once the music had started.

(Even though Nari was half awake she still smiled remembering this was the guy she met at the dorm who had ran for his life. He was a nice person. Glad he didn't get killed by that other guy. On another not she really loved his flow and how he was owning the stage like it was his.)

He ends the song by doing a a backflip amazing Nari and Jeanie with his flexibility. After the performance he takes a bow before running off the stage happy that it went just as well as he rehearsed it.

Meanwhile, Nari couldn't help but put a checkmark under his name not just because of some amazing backflips but they needed someone with his enery and rap style so it was decided just like that. 

After watching a couple more contestants perform, Jeanie called the next person on the roster. "Next up Kim Jongin!" on cue Kai stylishly walks up to the stage with a y stance that made some of the girls backstage sigh dreamily. 

"It's actually Kai." he corrected but Jeanie didn't really care what he called himself. 

"Well 'Kai' you're from the dance department correct?"

He nods back before speaking up again, "The music track is labelled KJ." just like he said Nari pulled out the soundtrack from the computer before downloading it to play on the speakers.

"Alright. Whenever you're ready to go Kai." Jeanie shouted as Kai walked backwards into his position.  

Meanwhile, Lay had just walked into the auditorium and was right on time to see Kai's audition. Even though he called him a horrible dancer, he acknowledged him somewhat for at least trying the hardest out of everyone in the dance department.  Plus the first day they met it was freestyling but seeing an actual choreography may change his mind his stance of ability.

The music started to play and Kai's face completely changed almost like he was a different person. It made Nari feel chills running down her spine watching him look so serious and in the zone. 

Once he begun dancing, Nari had a hard time taking her eyes off of how fluid and neat his moves were. Although, she didn't know exactly what but she felt like something was missing and she didn't know what. 

As Kai was spinning across the stage he spots Lay and smirks while Lay had quirked his eyebrow questioning if that was supposed to impress him in some way but Kai kept going and did a grand finish that got some of the people backstage clapping. 

"Thank you Kai." Jeanie says before he walked off the stage a bit tired but still pumped up from his performance. He purposely takes a seat next to Lay smug and confident that he was going to admit he was wrong about him. 

Thinking just that, Lay straight up ignored him and went up stage for his turn. "Next up is Zhang Yixing?" he immediately raised his hand to show he was present before stiffly standing in the middle of the stage. 

"Ah seems like you're also from the dance department. You've just transferred too. Welcome to Sawatomi Academy." Jeanie greeted as Lay bowed before taking off his jacket and tossing it to the side wearing only a tanktop it showed his toned mucles.  

Lastly Lay had tossed his snapback directly at Kai smacking him right in the face. It caught him off guard that was for sure. The music started playing and Lay stood still and quiet on stage and just like Kai he became a totally different person. 

His moves were on par with Kai's skills as everyone admired his style of dancing. Lay's was more smooth and went with the flow like the music was apart of him. 

Kai kept on watching and didn't want to admit it but this was guy was really like no other dancer he's encountered before. Well it was a good thing he found an equally exceptional rival to fire up Kai to try even harder. 

Meanwhile, Nari couldn't help but constantly have her eyes on Lay's performance. It was definitely up to par with Kai's skills. It would've been great if they danced togehter instead of auditioning solo but like Kai's performance she felt there was something missing in Lay's performance too she just couldn't put her finger on it. But what did she know about dancing? Maybe it was just a random feeling she had.

At the final seconds of the song, Lay finished with a quick spin before stopping perfectly in a split right when the song ended. Everyone began clapping having to watch two very talented dancers back to back. Well Kai was the only one who looked at Lay with fire in his eyes declaring that the battle has just begun. 

"Hey watch it!" A girl yelled while Chanyeol quickly looked back to apologize to the girl who he had hit with his percussion board in the hallway. He didn't have time to apologize to everyone that he bumped into because he was already late for Sehun's audition.

He was supposed to meet up with Sehun and Minseok at the auditorium after his free period but during his free period he was so tempted to take a little nape till it went on till the end of free period. So now he was running like an idiot carrying a percussion box as he bulldozed
