I scoffed when a subtle creak was heard followed by hushed whispers and a male voice at 1 am.

A giggling and heavily drunk Aya tiptoed all the way to her bed with her boyfriend in tow. I learned his name was Alec and that was it. She never really spoke to me about him nor shared what I ought to know despite the fact that we're twin sisters but she did mention about him working as a server in a bar. I've seen and heard them a couple of times. I can't even count how many.

I just remember gagging to the stench air that would linger around the studio for a little while.

Being late at work barely happened but for the love of god, I couldn't stress this any more. I had to try again just because it was too bothersome, though much to my surprise, Alec stopped coming home with Aya. It's been approximately three days and still there was no sign of him getting pulled into our apartment to have with her. Was Alec perhaps busy? or did they break up since Aya doesn't really know how to keep a boyfriend for so long until she'd eventually realize how boring he was and then break up with him because he was no longer that interesting for her? you know, like a toy perhaps? 

I couldn't wrap my mind around the idea of not seeing Alec and his topless body. It was unusual.

Alec wasn't bad except for the fact that he was crazy about . He looked far more decent compared to Aya's past boyfriends who usually were older men she met from the night club downtown. That was over a year ago though and she's been dating Alec for a month from now.

12:31 am. I turned to where Aya's bed was, staring at the mess she left this morning before heading to work. The mess bothered me but I was never allowed to touch any of her stuff or I'll get my fingers chopped off for "not minding my own ing business." so I never did.

12:33 am. I was staring at the ceiling, noticing all the glow in the dark stars I put up the first day we moved in. I personally like those despite the close call I had that day. I pissed her off because I put one on her side and she thinks it was childish. 

12:35 am. The familiar creak of the door was never heard. Aya was still not home so I started to get worried. Is she perhaps sleeping over at Alec's today? If she planned to she could have texted me so I would have gone to bed an hour ago.
